SOMEONE told Obama he couldn’t go to the Paris March, but the White House won’t say WHO!?

In an exchange that’s sure to bring out some conspiracy nuts, Major Garrett tried to get White House Press Secretary Earnest to say who it was that made the decision to not send anyone to the Paris “Unity March,” and he insisted it wasn’t Obama. But… he wouldn’t say who it was that made the decision either.

I find this rather remarkable that the “most transparent White House in history,” can’t even say who is making the decisions for the President. Is it Imam Valerie Jarrett? Is it Uncle Joe Biden and his magic 8-ball? Is it the Mooch? WHO is making the damn decisions here?!
