State Dept REFUSES to say whether Clinton signed separation agreement

It turns out that every State Department employee, even the Secretary, must sign a separation agreement that certifies they’ve turned over all public documents, including emails, to the State Department. It’s a big deal because the State Department can hold you liable, even send you to jail if you’ve not complied with this agreement.

So when our State Department was asked today whether or not Hillary signed the agreement, they refused to say:
