Judge Napolitano lays out the case against the states suing against Presidente Trumpo’s executive order on a travel ban, and he thinks he’s completely in the right and the states are completely in the wrong.

Napolitano makes the argument that the president can discriminate on the basis of geography if he finds that they are much more likely to be detrimental to the United States, and that’s what he did in the executive order. He expects that the Supreme Court will only take up the issue if it’s Trump appealing, not if its the states.
