Democrats like Rep. David Linsky in Massachusetts are going after internet gun sales, claiming that gun sales are being done without background checks and therefore they want to pass a law that mandates all gun sales occur in a gun store where background checks are mandatory.
The problem is that it’s already illegal in Mass. to sale guns without a license and this new law won’t do anything to stop people from selling guns illegally if that is there intent. It will only burden legal gun purchases.
