CNN reports that Syed Farook’s neighbor, Enrique Marquez, was planning a 2012 terrorist attack with Syed that they abandoned after they got spooked by several terror related arrests in the area. CNN also reports that Marquez and Farook were ‘radicalized’ back in 2011:

This guy needs to be locked up. He’s now admitted to planning a terrorist attack in 2012 and it’ll probably come out later than he helped Farook and Malik plan this one.
