Ted Cruz told MSNBC a few minutes ago that nobody is going to win 1237 delegates before the convention to win the nomination outright, and Trump knows that. Cruz said the reason Trump has so many of his surrogates declaring that the race has got to be over now is because he cannot earn a majority in Cleveland, which is where Cruz says we are headed.
