At first blush I thought that this was kinda contradictory, but really it isn’t out of the question if you have a strong personality in the Oval Office who can at once say we’ll join forces against an evil threat, but Russia won’t get away with their own aggressions.
And if there’s one thing that Ted Cruz has proven is that he can be strong-willed…
