Well folks, keep sending your little ones to these centers of indoctrination so you can get free education. Is it worth it? It's each and every parent's fault who don't yank their kids out and home school or send their kids to a Christian school. Cut back on your budget, get rid of that big gas guzzling, expensive SUV, stop going out to eat, cut off your cable TV, no more fancy hair salon visits, pack your kids school lunch, get rid of most of your gadgetry like cell phones, internet etc., clip coupons and buy store brand food, and shop for clothes at the thrift store. You'll have plenty of money left for Christian schools or enough to live on one income so a parent can homeschool.
What do you think will happen to that teacher now that this has been exposed? This needs to be exposed, then this stuff will stop happening.
I don't think it's such a big deal. I worry overreactions to this sort of thing is what makes us look so bad.
We don't even know the larger context of the lesson, or the goals of this particular assignment.
There's nothing promoting socialism or communism in this assignment whatsoever... asking a kid what he would put on a socialist flag means nothing.
It doesn't? Then why don't you explain to me why children who live in a Democratic Republic would be asked to design a 'Socialist flag' in the first place?
What is being taught in schools and our higher education collages would shock the hell out of you. Complete and utter socialism..They teach the Constitution is garbage..

I am apalled and I'm from Texas. That's why private schools and home schools mean the difference to saving America.

How has that social-izm & community-arian-izm worked around the globe? So strange that these teachers (many profs) should know. Actually, many do know, but somehow don't recognize, having blinders & giving excuses, along w/hypocrisy. It's part of the leftists' overall cognitive dissonance.
It would figure they would use children to do their bidding. I mean who can turn down an American flag designed by a child? I can think of some good uses for a socialist flag... it can protect your driveway from oil drips, a blanket for the dogs to lay on, put it through your shredder to make sure it still works, trash can cover, rat cage liner, kindling for fire, diaper for an incontinent elephant...

Seems to me that the parents should be raising a much bigger fuss about this in the school districts. If the schools get enough flack from the parents, the schools will stop this. After all, the elected officials have a lot more to lose here than some school administrators, so I think the elected officials will do what their voters tell them to do and force the shool administrators to stop this nonsense.
Texas is turning blue..and if we don't do something about the borders it will be over and out..Don't forget about all the people moving here for tax breaks..they don't love the state..they are kind of like the illegals who don't love this country but want to rape it..
Anyone moving to Texas should do so because they want to be part of the culture, not changing the culture.

I'm in MN and have been in several tornadoes. Nasty little storms. Last one in my neighborhood hit each house on a corner and skipped those that weren't. No warning sirens went off either.

Some MN people with cabins invited some Katrina vics to live in their summer lake cabins and encouraged other owners to do the same. Backfire, cabins are trashed and now the owners are complaining.
If kids want to free-think about socialism, let them do it in college or watch CNN. In the meantime, leave the kids out of it.
Taxpayer-funded colleges and universities should not do this either, we are a Constitutional Republic not a socialist state.

Once state school system becomes infected with communist propaganda its virtually impossible to remove it. The unions have made sure of that. The GOP just ignores it, the infection festers, and spreads until the Republic is dead.

The Arizona schools were teaching their Hispanic students to hate America. One High School teacher was preaching communism. There was a big stink about it for a week, haven't heard anything since. They got their foot in the door now.
Yes and it was a crying shame that Russell Pearce lost his election because he had the courage to stand up against the Anti-American curriculum ... and Arizona's attempt to get a handle on their illegal alien population. He also was against the perverted reading of the 14th Amendment that made anchor babies "citizens". There are too few like him. He ranks right up there with Sheriff Joe in my book.

What part of Arizona,....im relocating there in April, and don't want my tax dollars to support a school that teaches hate and communism.
No way are you able to prevent tax dollars from going to bad schools.
