Texas Congressman introduces ‘The Dog Ate My Tax Receipts Act’

In light of the excuses the IRS gave for losing Lois Lerner’s emails, Texas Congressman Steve Stockman has introduced a bill that would allow American citizens to the same powers of excuse that the IRS currently has with Congress. It’s called ‘The Dog Ate My Tax Receipts Act’.
