Cantor is slippery as a mossed rock ! I wouldn't put my eggs in his basket.. They all have a look of deviancy about them, Louie G and Gowdey are good men unfortunately they don't have a great following. Bachman is okay but just a little flighty from time to time.. So we need to pick some one with the fire power to stick to what he says and do what he says he is going to do.. we have enough liars on the other side We don't need any more in our ranks..

•$430 million for Hollywood through “special expensing rules” to encourage TV and film production in the United States. Producers can expense up to $15 million of costs for their projects.
•$331 million for railroads by allowing short-line and regional operators to claim a tax credit up to 50 percent of the cost to maintain tracks that they own or lease.
•$222 million for Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands through returned excise taxes collected by the federal government on rum produced in the islands and imported to the mainland.
•$70 million for NASCAR by extending a “7-year cost recovery period for certain motorsports racing track facilities.”
•$59 million for algae growers through tax credits to encourage production of “cellulosic biofuel” at up to $1.01 per gallon.
•$4 million for electric motorcycle makers by expanding an existing green-energy tax credit for buyers of plug-in vehicles to include electric motorbikes.
Wait, just thought of something. This is a revenue bill... doesn't this make it unconstitutional since all revenue bills must originate in the House of Representatives?

You are exactly right, it is a long history of strategies to get where O. is today and where the Rep's are as well. Please hear, can we come up with a plan to return to prayer as a momentous start? Wouldn't that give people great needed courage as well as blessing? Writing to Huckabee since his was the only voice I heard on this following Newtown.

Yes, I read "The Roll Call". Republican Representative Rodney Alexander, who, in the hometown newspaper, has been given a 'subcommittee seat on appropriations'. How nice! THE BASTARD VOTED 'YES' ON THIS BILL!! He's only in his 6th term of office!!!

Of course it is a "small fraction" (bet you thought twice when you wrote that) but like a military strategist, taking another surprise attack with even a small contingency for a small piece of territory could change the entire tide of the war.
Obama is this kind of strategist. All of his actions are so small in comparison to the big task of creating jobs, but uses them as distractions to stay in power because he can't solve the big one.
Question is what should we do to gain power now? What I am suggesting...

Didn't think twice about writing that, you will see what I mean once you read The Harbainger. Obama is only following "The Progressive Plan" which was laid out a little over 100 years ago via Woodrow Wilson. That is the difference between Progressives and Conservatives, the Progressives have a plan and strategy and the Conservatives know what is right but for the life of them cannot come up with a plan to reverse what the Progressives have been slowly and "Progressively" been marching towards all these years. I am not sure if it is more a lack of courage or just a lack of a plan on the Conservatives part, either way the results are the same. Good day, I have to go to work now. I have allot of unemployed to support, so off to work I go.

Again I appeal to all, get behind a radical and powerful proposition that will shakeup and take over the dialogue, distract from the negative events, if participants persevere to see it all the way through:
Organize to bring back prayer in the schools, as a response to Newtown, to protect school children, and the nation. This would begin something immeasurably important. Can you imagine how many would show up to join, pray? This is not off topic. This a measure in extreme times, to turn a tide. The Lord would respond...

U. S. Comptroller General David Walker began his Fiscal Wakeup Tour in 2005, and covered over 40 cities. He was also on 60 Minutes and other News programs and had written articles that appeared in many Newspapers. In the 1980's I heard warnings regarding the course we are on and those warnings have come true.
No one was concerned, no tea party revolt, no fiscally responsible politicians demanding that government budgets should be balanced, in fact they were adding significantly to the problem.
People were making money off of the bubbles created so no need to be angry. They also kept electing the same people that created or allowed the problem to continue with out a word.
You get the government you choose. No one's hands are clean.

Yes true bj, but if the Paulites had said now it's time to be unified and vote Romney in, we would have had so many conservative things/principles underway at this point. Why I keep saying this is because to do something other than sit on the couch and fail means to choose one point and get unified behind it and begin to go forward, see it through. Otherwise there's so much danger in Obama succeeding in dividing and conquering. No other choice than to get unified behind the Lord RIGHT NOW. Then things would pop--you know this. On the flip side, not doing this brings more consequences such as Newtown...you KNOW this.
Time to be asking daily, judging by events, what is His agenda today. We can't miss the return prayer to school message in the Newtown massacre. It's not too late. Also, we can't miss the opportunity to demonstrate for more transparency in negotiations, even if Cantor takes over.
Getting frantic is just what they want from us. Don't. Go march for prayer in schools, to really change up the dialogue.
Money in the end is not everything.

We are splitting hairs you and I, we are going back and forth on the definition of unity when all of us need to agree on core principles whether they are principles within the party or the priciples we live our lives by. Yes God should be central and I pray that happens but with free will all people will be on different pages of the plan and lose their way as this party has. A serious wake up call is needed and the one thing I do KNOW is that until there is a purge of Progressive Rino's from this party these types of idiotic bills will still be passed and conservative Republicans will continue to be apathetic to the process.

I have to admit, I'm glad we have at least 151 Republicans willing to stand up for principal...somewhat.

Cantor is still a RINO. He waited with McCarthy to cast their votes, not saying "nay" until the measure had passed the 218 mark. If they had been seriously against the bill, they would have proudly stood up and cast the first no votes.
This is all politics and theater meant to fool the American people.

You are contradicting yourself. Unity has everything to do with it, which is why you wanted more Republicans to go out and vote, in unity, for Romney.
This bill is terrible, but the lack of transparency (Boehner and Cantor didn't tell us Hollywood was up for getting breaks) prevented the people from going out and demonstrating against that idea, for one.
For starters, I challenge us to go out and march enmasse for return of prayer to school to protect the children, then see what happens next.
Participatory democracy, participating with God, as He already told us to do and was done throughout the Book, but now do it publicly ("If my people...").

The Senate Fiscal Cliff Bill is so full of pork (useless, socialist, crony projects) that it could repell the entire population of the Middle East for a decade and grease a slip-n-slide around the world.
Anyone who voted for it is an outright traitor to this country.
I disagree; we can have unity by sitting on the couch, by not participating in an election. We can say the Republican Party at this point is much unified with 65% deciding to do the same thing. No this comes down to a problem of core principles within the Republican Party. The loss or lack of adherence to these core principles result in Conservative Republican voters (I submit 65% of Republican voters) becoming disillusioned which results in a lack of participation. If this party actually had one core conservative principle and stuck to it they would never, never, ever have voted yes on this bill. I am all for bringing God back into every aspect of our lives and until we do I am afraid His hedge of protect will remain removed from this country and we will see ever increasing tragedies resulting in this country falling completely apart.
Look on the bright side folks, reasonable voices like Alan Grayson are at the scorers table ready to check into the game...
I'm in the power sports business and have to negotiate at least 40 to 50 deals a month. I sit in amazement watching this crap. Republicans continue to give all there leverage away. Working deals is an art and takes much practice. This isn't an excuse for McConnell and Boehner given the fact they have been in congress for a loooooong time. Maybe I could go to Washington and give some tips. Haha
"Art of the Deal" by Donald Trump. "Don't go into a negotiation unless you are willing to walk away from it". Wise words but it takes a set of danglers to pull it off. That is the problem in Washington, Republicans are required to check them in at the door at the Capital building.

And asking for a third party again, when Romney lost in five battleground states by less than the number of votes Ron Paul received in the primaries in those states?? (see chart)
When Ron Paul faces a mother in labor he says , "Push!" he doesn't say, "Well, I'm a libertarian, so I can't tell you what to do..."
Despite the fact that his delegation was treated abominably by jerks at the convention, Paul should have sucked it up and said, "Anyway guys, now is the time to PUSH, and get a Republican back in the WH, and we will continue our work with a new administration."
It's about being realistic for the sake of being effective, instead of proud and shooting yourself in your own foot.
Now you got what you got by choosing to be divided...

This is a story of the numbers. United we could have had a Republican president today.
Why not try one united approach of prayer outside schools, as also listed below (please read and consider).
United has not a thing to do with this, it all comes down to apathy of the Republican party in general. When only 35% show up to vote that is the problem, the few Ron Paul voters (only God can fix stupid) would have ZERO effect on the outcome if Republicans had lifted their Ass' off their collective couches and went to the polls and voted for Romney. If there is going to be a remote chance of turning this country back to a Constitutional based Representative Republic again (we now live in a post-Constitutional America) then we have to address what ails the Republican party and then fix it before it is too late. Ron Paul should not have had to tell his brainless followers to vote for Romney (yes would have been nice if he had) at least he didn't go third party.
DRUDGE: Immediately after the vote in the House, Obama headed back to Hawaii to finish his vacation - cost of 4 million dollars to taxpayers.

Don't know why nobody has talked about the absence of prayer in school as a reason for school shootings? And the restoration of prayer in school as the answer--the real protection?
If you want to turn the tide, organize, petition, and demonstrate for prayer/meditation (for practical purposes) to be reinstated in school.
Organize prayer groups outside every school every morning to pray protection over the school for the day. Imagine what kind of impact that would have?
Imagine how the numbers would grow everyday of those congregating for prayer. Imagine the power of that sole approach, the witness, and the protection?
This is how in the face of things now we can still appropriate change...
