Thug who attacked teen and stole MAGA hat ARRESTED; Also brother claims he’s a BULLY!

The a-hole thug who attacked a teen at Whataburger and stole his Trump MAGA hat has been arrested by the San Antonio police:

FOX NEWS – The man accused of hurling a drink in the face of a Texas teen inside a Whataburger restaurant and then stealing the 16-year-old’s “Make America Great Again” hat was arrested Thursday, officials said.

San Antonio Police identified the suspect late Thursday as 30-year-old Kino Jimenez.

“Kino Jimenez was located in Universal City, Texas,” police said in a statement obtained by Fox News. “Universal City police officers took Mr. Jimenez into custody without incident.”

Jail records Friday morning showed Jimenez was detained on a warrant for theft of person. A jail spokesperson later told Fox News that Jimenez’s bond was set at $5,000 and he was booked and released on bond the same day.

Hunter Richards has gotten several offers to replace the hat with one signed by Trump himself:

There was no word Friday if the original hat has been recovered, but there have been offers for Richard to receive a replacement cap signed by Trump himself.

“If someone can get me this young man’s information I’ll get him a new #maga hat… SIGNED by #potus!!!,” Donald Trump Jr. tweeted Thursday night.

A spokesperson for Rep. Mark Meadows, R-N.C., also told Fox News hours earlier the Congressman was looking to see what he could do to secure the teen a signed hat.

WWMT has actually spoken with the brother of Jimenez, who confirms that Jimenez is nothing but a bully:

The brother of a man accused of assaulting a teen wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat at a Whataburger Tuesday night says the address online users are posting and claiming to be his is false.

“The person in that video is just a bully who’s been a bully to me, to my brothers, to everyone I’ve known,” said the suspects’ brother.

A man claiming to be his younger brother says the man in the video hasn’t lived at that address for years. He spoke with us on the grounds of anonymity for safety reasons.

“We’ve got strangers coming to our door asking for him. We feel like we’re in danger,” a woman at the home said.

“My brother doesn’t live here anymore,” the younger brother said.

The man said he doesn’t condone what Jimenez did in the video.

“I just can’t justify those actions especially towards minors,” he said. “Regardless if it was provoked or not, if someone comes at you with provocation, you’re not supposed to rise up to it because you just prove them right.”

We tried reaching out to Jimenez in the video, but his brother said he has no way to contact him.

Sounds like the bother of Jimenez is another of his victims. It’s no surprise he doesn’t have a way to contact him as they probably stay far away from each other.
