Trey Gowdy says that Hillary Clinton doesn’t get to be the arbiter of what’s public email and what’s personal, just like football players don’t get to call their own holding fouls. Gowdy says they are going to have to talk to Hillary, which I’m guessing it means she’s going to be called in front of Congress to explain this.
