This morning Trump took aim at Senator Blumenthal after he accused Trump of collusion with the Russians. Trump pounded him with his 2010 lie about serving in Vietnam, for which he had to apologize:

Blumenthal hit back at Trump, accusing him of bullying:

Can’t say that I blame Trump for hammering Blumenthal like this. He’s a weasel now just like he was in 2010 when he tried to use phony service in the Vietnam War to help him get elected by veterans. In fact he was stateside his entire service in the Marine Corp reserves.

In reality though, this is basically one liar calling another liar a liar. We all remember Trump’s lies during the campaign about his opponents, so it isn’t like he has any room to talk.
