Trump is rolling out his 1.5 trillion dollar infrastructure plan today, but he’s suggesting that the federal government will only fund a fraction of the money:

Ok that’s confusing. Somehow we’re only going to spend 200 billion and that will generate 1.3 trillion from states and private investment?
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a bill like this before. I guess we’ll have to wait for Congress to hash this out, but something tells me we’re going to end up being on the hook for far more than 200 billion.
