Trump says he will consider sending Saipov to Gitmo…

Trump has reportedly said he will consider sending the terrorist ‘animal’ to Gitmo. I haven’t seen video yet, but this is the reporting from CBS:

As I was just listening in to OutNumbered, Judge Napolitano says that Trump won’t be able to send him there because, as the CBS reporter pointed out, Saipov is a green card holder and legal resident and is therefore afforded the same constitutional rights as an American citizen (minus the portions on running for office).
