In a tweetstorm this morning, el Presidente Trump is defending his signing of the budget bill by saying that actually, $1.6 billion will go to begin building the wall immediately.

Does he mean Mexico with “m”? And does he mean the funding or just building the wall through the land of Mexico? Either way, it’s not sure we’re any closer to either of those choices.
Much can be done with the $1.6 Billion given to building and fixing the border wall. It is just a down payment. Work will start immediately. The rest of the money will come - and remember DACA, the Democrats abandoned you (but we will not)!

I’ve heard reports that this money cannot go to building the wall, but who knows given how labyrinthine the budgets are. And what is with this DACA stuff? Does he really think that is going to help him? The left who want DACA won’t give him any credit for it, and his base applauded when he said he was going to deport them all.
