El Trumpollini has been tweeting evidence he believes vindicates his claim that “thousands and thousands” of Muslims were celebrating as the second tower came down in the 9/11 attacks.
Here’s one:
Curtis Sliwa – doing tv commentary on 9/13/2001. Good job Curtis. Please send your apologies to @realDonaldTrump. pic.twitter.com/g07VZmNmAW

Unfortunately, no one is rushing to apologize just yet because the guy who is IN the video says it was edited to change what he said:
Thanks @realDonaldTrump for the trip down memory lane. I was saying there were a handful of people. Clip is edited. https://t.co/PnqhCv8zvV

No apology, @realDonaldTrump. Callers to @curtisandkuby on 9-11 said they saw 12 teens celebrating in Paterson.https://t.co/6h6VNIZZMG

No apology from me. This video is edited. I've been very consistent in what I've been saying https://t.co/ilqZXkmQ3R https://t.co/224I28oOpJ

The entire video was released by MTV:
It also adds a report from a girl who reported young kids cheering for the attack, but then later she recanted what she saw, saying that it was something kids do all the time and not out of the normal day-to-day routine of that part of Joisey.
But really, does it matter at all? His supporters are 100% convinced it’s true and everyone else is not. And as usual, the media overreached on this one to say that “there’s absolutely no evidence” that it happened, when there IS evidence that some might have. And el Trumpo gets to keep his mug in the headlines…
