Failed presidential candidate Mitt Romney said on CNN’s “State of the Union” that the Donald will not be the GOP nominee.

While there’s a lot of time left in this primary race, there’s no one that even comes close to Trump who is leading the field right now.
Romney also weighted in on the House Speaker race and the likelihood of Paul Ryan jumping into it, while mocking the “bomb-throwwers” who call Ryan too liberal for the position:
