Turns out ‘Good Samaritan’ killer a LEGAL immigrant let in by Obama admin

Jesus Deniz Mendoza, who killed two people and wounded another who was trying to render aid to him, is a legal immigrant from Mexico who was allowed in the country back in 2013:

KULR – According to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), 18-year-old Jesus Yeizon Deniz-Mendoza, from Mexico, was legally admitted to enter the United States at the San Ysidro Port of Entry May 31, 2013.

ICE included this statement:

This individual does not have any criminal convictions, and, as a permanent resident, is not currently removable. Thus, an ICE detainer cannot be placed on the individual at this time. However, ICE is closely monitoring this case and coordinating with local authorities. If he is convicted for a criminal offense that allows him to be removed from the country, after the completion of sentence, ICE intends to take him into custody and pursue his removal from the United States.

The Administration has set enforcement priorities to make sure our resources are focused on apprehending and removing convicted criminals, gang members, recent border crossers, and the most significant threats to public safety and national security. Through the Priority Enforcement Program, we are working with state and local law enforcement every day to ensure that these individuals are taken into federal custody to be removed from the country. These efforts to keep our communities safe and our nation secure are essential to our mission.

They don’t include any other details on his entry into the United States. If he’s 18 now, he was obviously a minor back then so I don’t know if he was allowed entry with this parents or by himself.

Either way, doesn’t this make the case that we should be a bit more selective about who we let into this country? Mendoza is obviously a brutal killer. Did he have gang connections before we let him in? Did we even do any due diligence on him or did we just give him a pass? I think the Obama administration has some explaining to do.

Here are more details on the horrible shooting Wednesday morning. This guy has to be a psychopath considering how he killed them in cold blood:

KRTV – Court documents say that Mendoza told FBI agents he shot the victims because he was “getting tired of waiting around and because the daughter laughed at him.”

In the affidavit filed in Montana U.S. District Court on Thursday, Mendoza admitted he shot three people with a .22-caliber rifle and then drove away from the scene in a car belonging to one of the victims.

The shooting happened on Pryor Gap Road on Wednesday around 10 a.m.

When officers arrived, they saw the bodies of 50-year-old Jason Shane, Jr., and his wife, 47-year-old Tana, face-down on the ground.

Minutes before that, the surviving victim, their daughter, Jorah Shane, who is in her mid-20’s, told authorities that her mother came to the house and said she saw a man in need of help along the side of the road.

When the family pulled up to Mendoza’s car, he allegedly pulled out a gun and told them to get out.

Documents state he demanded money but when the family said they didn’t have any, he told them to walk away.

As they walked away, Jorah, identified in the affidavit as “J.B.S.” told agents she heard gun shots.

When she turned around, she saw her father lying on the road. That’s when she began to run.

“As she was running, J.B.S. heard her mother scream, but she did not turn around because she was scared,” documents state.

As she ran away, documents state she felt blood running down her face and felt a bullet hit her back. The blood running down her face was the result of a bullet wound to her head.

“J.B.S. stated that when she turned around, she saw the unknown male get into her car and drive off. J.B.S. was able to yell for help, and she caught the attention of some individuals at the St. Charles Mission School. J.B.S. stated that a car drove to her location, and she told the driver that she had been hurt,” documents state.

Documents go on to say the driver got out of the car and walked towards Jorah’s parents.

In fear Mendoza would come back, Jorah reportedly got into the car belonging to the person who came to her aid.

“When J.B.S. saw her car coming back towards her, she got behind the wheel and drove away. J.B.S. heard gunshots, but was not sure what the unknown male was shooting at,” documents state.

Jorah was able to drive herself a short distance to her sister’s home.

Her relatives then drove her to a nearby clinic for her injuries.
