Russell Tice, former intelligence analyst for the US Air Force says that there is a lot of misinformation going on right now, that both the Obama administration and the NSA are lying about what they are capturing. In fact, he says they are capturing every digital communication, email and phone, and storing it in this huge database. And the operation in Utah? He says it is already up and running.
