In my mind, he’s on McCain’s level now……he needs to shut the hell up and go home..

  • NJK

Peter King and John McCain are jealous of Ted Cruz. It’s obvious. Like Mark Levin said, if these people don’t start standing with the leaders in the party like Cruz and Lee, then he is leaving the party. We’re going with him. If they don’t agree to defund Obamacare, then that tells us, they want Obamacare.

In the case of McCain, what do you expect from someone who is arming Al Qaeda?

    • sDee

The are afraid of them not jealous, I would observe,

  • Jose

    wrong thread sry

  • Judges718

With Republicans like Peter King, who needs Democrats?

Peter King isn’t just “reaching across the aisle”, he is reaching across and providing the Demoncrats with massages, rubdowns, and well…I’ll keep it clean.

  • marketcomp

What a loser! How many years has he been in the House? STFU!

  • Gel

Really tough talk for a teeny weeny CNN audience, Mr. King.

  • sDee

Mind your P’s and Q’s. Each day it becomes easier and easier to tell the Patriots from the Quislings.

    • notaboutus

And that’s the real beauty of the Cruz strategy in the long run – expose the liberals on both sides of the aisle and force them to vote up or down on what the American people want. The time for symbolic votes on Obamacare that mean nothing has come to an end. It is time now for our reps to finally do what we elected them to do in 2010 – vote to defund this monstrosity and then hold the line when the heat gets turned up by the DC establishment on both sides of the aisle. There will be nowhere for King and his RINO cohorts to hide after all the votes are taken on Obamacare. It’s about time.

God bless Cruz and Lee for their leadership on this issue.

      • sno_warrior

Amen. It’s long past time to find out who stands with us and who’s against us!!! SHOW YOUR COLORS!

      • Sunshine43

Excellent strategy Ted! Excellent man! Brought up by an outstanding dad who loves this country!

        • notaboutus

          Amen…and amen again.

  • http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PFb6NU1giRA Booker

The day that Ted Cruz responds to this buffoon, I know it’s gonna be masterful. He’s been throwing spitballs at Cruz for months.

    • PhillyCon

There’s no other word more appropriate than buffoon.

  • froggy19510

RINO alert! Peter King speaks again.

  • sDee

When America finds itself to the left of the Dutch, the dam, so to say, is about to break.

AMSTERDAM (AP) — King Willem-Alexander delivered a message to the
Dutch people from the government Tuesday in a nationally televised
address: the welfare state of the 20th century is gone.

In its place a “participation society” is emerging, in which people
must take responsibility for their own future and create their own
    social and financial safety nets,
with less help from the national
    government.

“The shift to a ‘participation society’ is especially visible in social security and long-term care,” the king said, reading out to lawmakers a speech written for him by Prime Minister Mark Rutte’s government.

“The classic welfare state of the second half of the 20th century in
these areas in particular brought forth arrangements that are
    unsustainable in their current form.”

    http://finance.yahoo.com/news/dutch-king-goodbye-welfare-state-134332711.html

    • Patriot077

This is why the IMF has instructed the Fed Reserve that there will be no reduction in money printing.
All the socialists are out of other people’s money just as Margaret Thatcher tried to warn them.

  • twoblackcats

Peter King wants to run for President? What a joke. He should just sit there and keep quiet.

  • StrangernFiction

Another Repubican I would gladly vote ‘rat to get rid of.

    • notpilgrims2

So you support radical Islam? Peter King opposes it and you oppose his positions.

      • StrangernFiction

        You’re a sharp one.

      • deTocqueville1

Please, try to stay on subject!

  • ApplePie101

The directive must have gone out that it was time to attack Ted Cruz. http://hotair.com/archives/2013/09/19/split-between-house-senate-gop-caucuses-erupts/

    • StrangernFiction

We did our part but we don’t control the Senate, now it’s time to be adults and avoid a government shut down. It doesn’t take a crystal ball to see this coming.

    • notpilgrims2

Maybe people just attacked Ted Cruz because they believed what he is doing is really stupid because of the fact that what he is doing is really stupid.

Actually, come to think of it, a directive probably came out to attack Peter King, lol, hence this post attacking him.

      • deTocqueville1

Yes, coherence? I can see why you posted!

  • standbesideherUSA

    Huh?

  • lonestar

I refuse to watch or listen to him; however, didn’t he really hate Rand Paul last month? Guess Mike Lee will be it for October.

  • notpilgrims2

Peter King also hates the spread of radical Islam… So there’s that.

    • bluerose75

WHOOPEE!!!! Give him a COOKIE!! What a dumb remark….did you just get a paycheck from Peter??? Hey lookie Peter is against ISLAM but he could care less about destroying America’s Health Care and he attacks Ted Cruz….POM POM for PETER….take a hike!

      • notpilgrims2

He’s not against Islam. What are you, a leftist infiltrator? He’s against radical Islam. You obviously don’t care since you’re trying to tear him down.

And read the records: King voted AGAINST Obamacare. Ted Cruz just admitted the Senate doesn’t have the votes to defund Obamacare: “[Senate Majority Leader] Harry Reid will no doubt try to strip the defund language from the continuing resolution, and right now he likely has the votes to do so,” Cruz said in a statement.

How many times did Cruz vote to repeal Obamacare? King has voted for repeal multiple times.

  • waffle_anna

Liberal MSM and RINOs are in full attack mode. Let’s pray that Cruz knows how to handle guys like Peter King.

  • Hillary Shackley

Peter King N.Y.- Republican? Oxymoron isn’t it, New York politicians are so impressive…Weiner/Clinton/King/Spitzer they just keep things interesting don’t they.

    • deTocqueville1

      Perfectly stated!

  • bluerose75

This man is nothing but a fat windbag from New York who shoves Liberal Toilet Paper in his pants to hide who he really is. KING=ESTABLISHMENT and he is nothing but a tax and spend JERK. He stands for nothing…OH THAT IS RIGHT HE SOUNDS TOUGH ON ISLAM AND TERRORISTS yet this FAT MOBY has no problem not standing up AGAINST A BILL AMERICANS DO NOT WANT!!! Darn it THEY WORK FOR US AND I COULD GIVE A FLIPPING F about the Establishment telling us TO SHUT UP AND TAKE IT!! KING CAN CRAM IT….and Peter you are 10 percent of the MAN LIKE CRUZ and YOUR GONADS are in OBAMA’S LOCKBOX PUNK…unlike Ted Cruz who stands for AMERICA AND AMERICANS and makes OFRAUD look like a fruited version of a GIRL SCOUT!

  • TIMERUNNERSC

Hello Mr RINO King the enemy is on the other side of the Isle, they are called DEMSDIRTYRATS.

  • deTocqueville1

This barely coherent idiot is exactly what is wrong with the beltway GOPe.

  • poljunkie

It’s over the top crazy that the Republicans do this to each
    other.

Can’t they find a Democrat to bemoan?

The Democrats don’t. Even when they are entrenched in a scandal, it takes a huge push for one of them to
criticize or condemn another in their party.

    • D. Zortea

The reason for this is simple. The Rats all believe in what they are pushing and openly admit it. The Rinos believe the same but wont publicly admit it. That is why we are seeing this infighting by Conservatives against Rinos.

  • http://governmentmess.blogspot.com/ PFFV

Ted Cruz is 100% correct on all the conservative issues and he knows its the only solution to save our sinking republic! If its not too late already?

Edit: I forgot, this King idiot can go to hell too by the way.

RINO’s? I think all but a handful in DC are Democrats. ‘Republican’ these days means spineless coward that sold out! I can literally think of about 15 to 20 (at the most) politicians that are responsible adults willing to talk about our obviously out of control spending problem! I believe I saw a piece that said Obama remarked that the national debt means nothing and that raising the debt ceiling will have no negative effects, pure insanity! But that’s liberal/progressive ideology for you!

  • rjcylon

I feel bad for these establishment RINOs. They have a good thing going over there, being part of the big power structure and now they have Ted Cruz getting their stupid constituents all worked up.

Who the hell do we think we are to question THEM and expect them to represent us?

    • PhillyCon

Well said. It’s more busy work for King to respond to those hobbits who dare call him!

  • Yazz55

Just another donkey in drag masquerading as a rino.

Nothing to pay attention to here.

  • Rocco11

The Leftist propaganda networks will sniff out the RINO’s, won’t they folks?

    • BearNJ

Of course. Did you ever hear of Bob Corker until he sold out the conservative base? Graham and McCain are long time political gadflies that are used by the DC media to attack and undermine conservatives. They are too stupid to realize they are being used as left wing tools. McCain saw what the media really thought of him in 2008 but he’s too much of a suck up to learn.

    • Sentinel

      Spot on.

  • TruthSociety

King is the one that needs to be quiet and just go away.

  • ryanomaniac

    King….piss off!

  • Bill Blackden

shut up you piece of shit

  • Conservator1

I’m paraphrasing, but I believe heard King state “if anything good comes from all of this, when Ted Cruz, Rand Paul and Mike Lee FAIL in the Senate next week” … “we as House Republicans must stop letting Ted Cruz setting our agenda for us.”

Of course King is planning to run for president in 2016 as are Senators Cruz and Paul, but I’m sure that doesn’t have anything to do for his PUBLIC hatred of Tea Party conservatives.

If you watch the complete video (see below), King actually goes on to say after the Senate FAILURE, Obama will then negotiate with Boehner.
    Video: http://www.cnn.com/video/data/2.0/video/us/2013/09/19/tsr-interview-duffy-king-obamacare.cnn.html

Yeah RINOs, aka the establishment of the GOP, Obama will come to table after his VICTORY over a divided and shameful party.

  • Sentinel

A Republican Establishment member on CNN? Gasp!!!
Peter King and any of these other sitting representatives who follow and vomit this suicidal poison are destined for the garbage dump. They are worse than Democraps. They are traitors and frankly too treasonous and stupid to hold any position in government.
To me, when these idiots say contemptible things like this, it’s equivalent to them bad-mouthing America for getting involved in WWII (and winning). Take the Thumper approach (from the movie: Bambi): “If you can’t say something nice, don’t say nothing at all.” He and others like him need to shut their damn mouths.

  • Tranacria

King underscores the point that the fight for America is not represented by the GOP vs. Dems…both are liberal fascists. This fight is between the ruling class and country class…between those who would rule us and liberty loving Americans.

  • Nick Hall

none of them should be trusted. we looking at a one party system that is still battling with itself. the republicans are further to the left then they ever been. the democrats are further to left then they ever been. the last thing we need to do as a nation is listen to the opinion of a politician from New York, my home state of Illinois, and certainly not california as is right now. and like mark levin said if people want tyranny this is what they get.

  • NOWAY

King has lost his soul and his mind. Time for him to be put out to pasture. He is a fake.

    • Declan Finn

u assume he ever had either … he’s a political hack — exhibit A+ for term limits

  • PhillyCon

RS: love the alternate headline! Yes, Republicans do say stupid things. They can be just as bad or even worse than Dems.

  • JoeTulsa

Peter King is the type of Republican that hurts the conservative cause the most.
He’s wrong on so many issues.
He agreed with Obama on the U.S. helping the Al Qaeda rebels in Syria.
He doesn’t want to defund Obamacare.
He wants to raise the debt ceiling.
He is more willing to mire us in a civil war overseas than help us fight battles at home.
If he’s not willing to fight, he needs to go home and play with his dolls.
The Republicans can’t be Democrat-lite anymore.
No more rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.
    We need fighters!

    • Sunshine43

As I said…..time to go home Pete! Time’s up!

  • Obamahater

Time for King to find a nice hole to crawl up in and DIE, but please Mr King…drag that jerkoff McCain with you! What a bunch of loosers! Time to have everyone single one of these aholes thrown out on their asses!

    • Conservative_Hippie

Easy there we don’t wish King to die. That’s a little strong.

  • Larchmonter445

Peter King loves the camera and mic. Worst big mouth in the House. Useless to the American People. Should be voted out of politics.

Nothing of value to the Constitution, the economy or Truth.

  • Tim Schroll

Mr. King the interview posted above only goes to prove that your candidacy for President in 2016 will be a waste of your time and other people’s money. Instead, maybe you should use some of that money to go buy an a clue as to what the American people want. Hint-it’s not what you are selling.

  • Conservative_Hippie

Peter King is irrelevant to me now.

  • JimCohen

    Who is Peter King?

  • TxGold

Ted Cruz is doing exactly what he was elected to do. Good ole boys like P. King are about to be handed their hats!!!! No more ‘going along to get along’!!!

    • WashingtonAdams

Exactly! He’s done exactly what I elected him to do from day one, and his conservative courage is both refreshing and should be applauded!

On the other hand, Peter King is a NE lib in GOP clothing who’s in desperate need of being retired. Between he & McRINO, and too many others like them…all poster boys in the need for TERM LIMITS, particularly if their constituents can’t hold them any more accountable.

  • Kdiity

Yet another fugly lib !! Is there no end in sight for their fugliness?? I’d feel sorry for these people if they weren’t so clueless and stupid !!

  • Steve

Peter King should be given a copy of Ayn Rand’s book,”Atlas Shrugged” and then, and only
then,he might be enlightened and would discontinue being such a dumb ass. And while we’re at it, someone should also give a copy to McCain.

    • WashingtonAdams

It wouldn’t help…particularly when they’re the neo-statists moving right along with the Democratic ones for bigger and more intrusive government. The only helping them is OUT THE FRONT DOOR! (of Congress that is)

    • froggy19510

You can’t help people who are willfuly ignorant.

  • lawngren

Incredible. I saw a democrat peeking out of king’s eyes.

  • mickeyco

When I look at that face, all I see is hatred. At his age, your face is a reflection of who you are. Cold, no empathy, no humor.

  • Timewarped

If these old RINOs would get behind and support the people’s voice in men like Rand Paul, Ted Cruz, Mike Lee then THEY WOULD DELIVER ON THIS! But no, you old arrogant, narcissistic, RINOs have to get your horns out and try to ram these leaders … you are just like a RINO, blind, so short-sited you can’t see the treats approaching you.

  • Ghostonefour

He is a progressive. Progressives can be both Republican and Democrat. Don’t let them fool you or distract you with false arguments. They have the same goal as all progressives. Vote Jessie Ventura next election.

    • Jeff McCabe

why? There are any number of worthless, insane people out there. They deserve a chance also.

  • isabel matos

GRUMPY CAT strikes again. He wants to run for Prez, y’all.

  • mikeinidaho

King is another useless piece of Eastern trash that might as well go ahead and switch parties! a pox on all Demunists and RINOs.

    • ladyjk

King is just a jealous old crony as is McCain. They have their noses out of joint because new kids on the block like Cruz, Lee, etc. are on the rise and people are behind them as the new conservatives are listening to the people and doing their bidding. We need these new, astute, talented, and ethical individuals in Congress to create some rumble in the Capitol. The old “business as usual” power players need get the he$$ out of town.

  • Soka Sema

Hmm sounds like King bought stock in alot of healthcare insurance companies.

  • 1tootall

We ARE defined by our enemies. King has long since overstayed his welcome. Buh-bye Steve.

  • sjmom

Listen up Peter!!!!!! Its you who needs duct tape so zip the lip RINO.

  • RosiesSeeingRed

The democrats think there is a civil war going on in the GOP. Nope, the recently-elected NEW GOP is simply making it easy for us to clean out the old dead wood.

  • mike3e4r7

If Cruz DOES deliver on this, then what, Pete? Do you promise to shut the hell up then?

  • Autonoe

Peter King and other Republicans like him are probably one reason Ted Cruz doesn’t trust Republicans .

  • Subie201

That’s because Peter King is a phony RINO! Heard nothing from him regarding Syria and he is on HS committee! This delusional idiot wants to run for prez in 2016 so he has to shoot his big mouth off…but no one listens to this old goat any way!

    • kong1967

A phony RINO? So he’s a fake fake Republican? Wouldn’t that make him a Republican?

Lol, I’m just joking with you. I knew what you meant and my joke probably isn’t funny. :(

      • Subie201

        Kong1967
I stand corrected…a phony Republican is how I meant it! I know you did get it.

        • kong1967

Lol, I’m glad you have a sense of humor to tolerate my joke.

  • kong1967

The jokes on you, buddy, because America is listening to Cruz and not you.

  • mike payton

King is tired of McCain being the biggest dumb@$$ in the GOP. He wants in the game too.

  • Edward La Guardia

I’ve never liked King and I’ve always said that. He needs to go.

  • Constitution101

We should not listen to Steve King. Is this guy buddy’s with McCain?

    • mike3e4r7

Actually, Steve King, from Iowa, seems to me to be pretty solid. This is Peter King, Rep. from New York, and I agree – he’s not worth listening to.

      • Constitution101

Oh you’re right Mike. I forgot that there was another King. Thanks for catching that.

  • Subie201

It’s time to leave this party of lost souls!

    • oldandtired

No they need to leave our party.

  • P_O_K

It’s time for this King Sized Peter to stop being a schmuck and do something positive for the people of this country and back Cruz, Lee and Paul instead of the pointless pissing match he keeps wanting to play.

  • blueniner

King comes from the Liberal/Democrat/RINO wing of the GOP. Who is scarier looking, Peter King or writer Stephen King? Both ghoulish!

  • Sunshine43

Is Peter King for real or is he just whimpering yet again because he is so very jealous of Ted Cruz! He’s beginning to get tragically old and stupid now! Go home sir, you’re overstayed your welcome!

    • Exodus2011

I think the GOPe are very very fearful at what they observe happening …. Conservative America is in the process of massing, unifying behind the KILL OBAMACARE Cause and there’s nothing they can do to stop this JUGGERNAUT

Rep Peter King, the ole Neocon is GOPe mouthpiece (along with Krauthammer, O’Reilly and other Fox Pundits)

      • 57thunderbird

Yup.That is why I don’t listen to any of those talking heads.

      • twoblackcats

Agree. We cut the cord a while ago and don’t have cable so I cannot watch Fox anymore, but I still hear Hannity on the radio and will try to catch clips of Judge Jeanine here on TRS. Otherwise I’m over the rest of he Fox crew, especially O’Reilly, Shepard, Krauthhammer, Perino, Williams, etc. What the heck happened to Fox in the last 5 years?

BTW, has anyone heard from TheOrangeOne lately? I hope she is okay.

  • Exodus2011

Like Fmr Governor Sarah Palin, Sen Ted Cruz is surely a *WE The People* Leader to follow ….. like a powerful magnet, these two will both continue to attract the multitude of citizens who love the ideals of Constitutional America …..

and as they get stronger and stronger due to increasing influence, so more and more attacks from the Ruling Class (both parties) and their old media enablers, will be directed at them …. but they will not be able to stop this America Restoring JUGGERNAUT

Be worthy of such Real Deal Leadership America

    #BeClingers —————> #AmericaRISING

  • bjohnson55

How can you tell a 100% blueblooded Rino? Just watch Peter King, how he acts and what he says and there you have it. Any Ass Hat like King who doesn’t support Ted Cruz and get behind his support of the return to a Constitutional America then they paint themselves the Communist/Progressive bastards they truelly are.

  • JS

    I sent him an email.

I asked him what the hell himself, McCain, McConnell, Graham and Boehner are doing in DC? I asked why he attacked Cruz for succeeding, The House voted for repeal At least Boehner brought the vote, but he was brought kicking and screaming. I told him we want him to fight to repeal Ocare, Stop all excessive/pork spending and stop the govt’s destruction of the rule of law.

I asked for a response and will post it If/when I get it.

    • mike3e4r7

      Nice job!

    • oldandtired

You will probably just get a form letter.

    • Jazzee

he says he is running for president
hope he runs with goofy Jeb Bush and then we won’t hear from either one of them again
so sick of hearing jeb jeb jeb and king is disgusting…talk to Cruz in person stop attacking him you idiot

    • CalCoolidge

For a response? You should have asked for his resignation.

  • FlyFace

    Bunch of Rino Traitors…

  • Charm4sure

It’s over for guys like King and Mc Cain. Too lazy and jaded. So they are gonna hate anybody with good ideas, energy and motivation. Mc Cain didn’t have much of any of that even when he ran for president. These kind of guys just can’t quit on their own. They like the power and we need to take it from them and push them out. They know it is coming and that is why they are po’d. So they are going to be a$$e$.

  • http://teapartyreaganconservative.blogspot.com/ TeaPartyReaganConservative

Rep Peter King, (like the rest of his Obamacrat colluding McRINOcrats like Boehner, McConnell, McCarthy, McCain, etc) only exposes himself, for what he is, who he fights against- specifically Sen. Ted Cruz, whose words and actions are directly representative of We the People, is highly articulate, intelligent, knowledgeable, let alone intellectually politically savvy, is not just effective, but is succeeding, and that’s what and why McRINOs like Peter King hates him, and in turn hates We the People, thus spews his McRINO non-sensicle dribble.

This is what happens when elected officials / politicians stop serving the people, and only serve their personal political elitist agenda.

  • Skevvy

These feckless Republicans have no skill at politics! They so easily attack their own vindictively, but would never speak so disrespectfully to the Democrats… They need to learn how to disagree among themselves while remaining united against the opposition. Or just switch parties and do everyone a favor. Follow the Arlen Specter trail, and see how much the Dems really love and respect you

  • Dr. Strangelove

Love that photo of King. Looks like he’s auditioning for the part of a bad guy in Harry Potter and the Deathly Tedious Sequel.

  • twoblackcats

I heard Ted Cruz yesterday on Levin say, “there’s an old saying that Washington is like Hollywood for ugly people” – couldn’t agree more! Peter King is ugly, both physically and mentally.

  • 12777

King is the problem, Cruz is the answer!

    • Jazzee

      amen amen amen

  • DebbyX

King just hates that he has become irrelevant with Ted Cruz leading a very successful charge against the Rhinos!

Get out of the way King!

  • AtlEsquire1973

King is a waste of breate, like debating King George. If king had an ounce of class he wouldn’t be talking about the next president of the US (Ted Cruz) like he is.

  • CalCoolidge

If they don’t make a budget in time, the government doesn’t really shut down. On the hand, Obama’s path to fiscal insanity will cause a real shutdown of both the government and the economy.
When the government can’t pay Soc Sec and Medicare, will they call that a “shutdown?” When the govt forces coal-fired plants to shut down, will that be called a shut down? When Obama shut down NASA was that a gov’t shut down?
When Obamacare tosses millions of insurance and broke gov’t can’t socialize the costs and doctors quit in frustration – and people die – will anyone call that a “shut down.”

  • twoblackcats

It appears that Peter King is more dangerous than we thought. He and Corker are trying to thwart Cruz at every turn. This is in the senate now and Harry Reid is gumming up the process. I cannot rely on my R senator here in IL, he just had a stroke and doesn’t respond to emails. Holy Hell this is war!

    • twoblackcats

      BTW! Claire McCaskill too.

  • Cordelia Mae Crockett

Ted Cruz is brilliant, the jerks talking smack are jealous!

  • HCTUB

McCain and King don’t like Cruz , so he must be OK .

  • Jeff_C_W

When it rains the worms come out of their holes.
