VOTER FRAUD: N.C. Democrat admits he’s voted 4 times already and will vote again on election day

It’s amazing what people will say online. A North Carolina Democrat named Jim Turner posted on his Facebook page that he has voted FOUR times already and will vote again on election day. Once he did that it was picked up by @BradMarston on twitter and has traveled like a bullet around the blogosphere:

I sure hope N.C. officials make Jim Turner regret voting four times to the fullest extent of the law and kudos to Brad Marston for being there to expose it.

Typical democrat, stupid as well as criminal.

        • Conservative_Hippie

          What a mess.

        • clocker1

there would be fraud in Jersey anyway. It’s actually a good thing it’s Jersey because the state is blue anyway. No need to cheat there.

          • Galatiansch2vs20

But could the law in California:

for example, that gives California’s electoral votes (don’t know if it’ a legal law that they have) to whoever wins the popular vote in presidential elections potentially lead to out of state or double voting in New Jersy via e-mail or fax (to try to add to the popular vote)?

            • That law doesn’t apply. That was put in place and will only take effect if all 50 states have the same law. It is California’s effort to do away with the electoral college and go with the popular vote after Al Gore lost. What they don’t want to tell you or acknowledge is after all the counting and recounting and recounts of the recounts done is that Bush won the popular vote as well. That is despite military ballots being found in SF Bay and hidden in the backs of cars.

              • Galatiansch2vs20

They sure took their time passing it- it wasn’t signed into law until Aug., 2011! I am glad to know it is not in effect- thanks for telling me!

                • Yeah they took their time because it ended up as a ballot measure first. That is how it is in California. the legislature is so self serving and corrupt that most things get done or undone via ballot then we have the black robed bats known as judges put their final stamp of approval or disapproval as it may be.

It’s stupid and a symptom of a greater problem here.

                • Galatiansch2vs20

I’m a native of the state myself, but moved away to TN a few years ago. So, they tried to pass it as a ballot measure first before the California congress decided to pass the National Popular Vote bill into law, which the governor signed?

                • Yes. Moonbeam Brown signed it upon taking office. One of the first things he did. In my view it is unconstitutional.

P.S. I envy you living in beautiful Tennessee!!!

                • Galatiansch2vs20

So, he thankfully didn’t sign anything else bad from his inaugural address on January 3, 2011 clear until the first part of August of that year?

I think you are correct about it being unconstitutional. There was someone who came on Right Scoop a while back promoting the popular vote, listing states who had passed laws and people who had come out in favor of it. I don’t think they could understand why I was opposed (and I wasn’t the only one who posted opposition)!

Anyway, there is much beauty there in California, but there is also much beauty in here too, though minus the desert and ocean. We sure do have mountains, lots of open countryside, many, many trees, and plenty of green grass as well as there are plenty of cows, horses, donkeys, chickens, goats, wild turkeys etc.. Right here in the area I live, there is gorgeous scenery.

              • ^^^THATS totally not true.
                More bullshit by the right.
Bush lost Florida AND the popular vote. Its well documented.
And all this voter suppression and efforts to “cheat” are primarily from the right. Thats why they limit early voting times, and cull people from the voter rolls, and have ownership of the machines we vote on. Its the Right who does this, and in typical RIGHT WING nature, they THEN blame the left for it. Its diversionary. Works on most of the dumb folks.

                • Not4TheGimmeParty

It’s primarily on the right? Seriously? That’s a good one Steve. Democrats and their operatives are being busted every single day and that’s all you got? A stompy foot tantrum and some talking points? Bwhahaha!

                • heshtesh

Thanks Steve, we sure are lucky to have a “non dumb folk” such as yourself to teach the truth! We got a keeper here folks!!////

                • You keep telling yourself that lie…then head over to the NY Times that confirms it.

And as far as cheating goes no one is more culpable than the left but like a typical leftist non thinking brain dead idiot that you are you point fingers at the right instead of condemning cheating across the board, How old are you? Two? Well finger pointer, take a look at your hand as you are pointing that finger and realize that three are pointing right back at ya.

                • Medaton

Steve Maratta, The New York Times and many others did their own re-count and they said that Bush did win. Sorry that you have had this wrong for so long. Check out the results that they announced.

                • Reverend Ken

I will pray for your soul, I sure hope it will do you some good because you appear to have fallen for the dark side, its frightening. Try less visits to huffpo and those type of sites, they are lying to you. Oh, and grow up.

                • And evidently your head is in the sand just like waaaaaay too many people.

                • keyesforpres

Ha! ha! You ARE funny! Notice you brought a couple of friends to “like” your comment.

Get the book, “Setting the Record Straight: American History in Black and White”. Look at the picture that ran in a magazine in the 1860’s or so. It is a picture of democrats getting names off of tombstones. Democrats cheat.

Hey Steve, did you know that every case of a voting machine not recording right have been in Obambam’s favor? Many cases of folks voting for Romney and it defaults for Obama.

The reason I don’t like early voting is because dems vote more than once. They also block the military vote. The dems made sure the military didn’t get ballots this go round.
Gore actually tried to block the military vote in Florida. EVIL.

Now, do some research, and I’m NOT talking about Move Along Now or the Huff Po.

                • No it is not well documented. You need to get some facts. I was up all night and online with the states website pal. At no time did Gore ever lead here not once. It only got close when he got the military vote disallowed and humans decided on dimpled chads.
You are a perfect example of an uniformed liberal democrat or a liar read leader.

                • Dixie T

You are S-O-O Delusional—just like our current President! ALL of the over 200 cases of voter fraud from 2008 were done my DEMOCRATS! And MOST of those were done by members of ACORN—including their Director of Operations in Nevada. She even appealed, but the federal court DENIED her appeal!

                • who are the dumb folks…Voting is a priveledge reserved for honest legal citizens…if you have to show proof to buy booze, tobacco, get on an airplane…what on earth is wrong about showing proof to be able to vote…this argument is so lame as to be just plain criminal…but is that what democrats want…. to be criminal…like rangle, weiner, spitzer…clinton…is that it…just wondering

                • How can you possibly be so obtuse??

              • keyesforpres

Yeah, in fact, I read an article that said the only line that had problems was the presidential line and it appeared that it was votes for Bush were run back through and Gore was punched. Said they’d had this kind of problem with that county in the past.

Of course, if the press had not given the state to Gore before the polls closed in the panhandle (that goes Republican), Bush would have easily won Florida. Many folks in the panhandle didn’t go vote because they gave it to Gore.

              • dcgwr

This time there’s thousands of military that are not even getting their ballots. It’s a crime. They’re the ones protecting the country and their basic right is taken away from them.

                • It’s a crime…period. Military or not. We are guaranteed a right to vote just by being born or naturalized American. This will continue to happen unless we the people put a stop to it. The way that is done is to bombard Congress regardless of party. In my view if you don’t believe in voter ID and elections with integrity then you don’t believe in this country or a republic in general.

              • Actually, it doesn’t need to be all 50 states. Just states representing enough electoral votes so that, when they switch to this system, the election will be decided by those states.

                • It would be suicide if any of the states decide to run over another state. California has a caveat that all the states pass it.

    • jlbs

How many more others are there like this guy! Probably too many to count. And we will never know, especially if they are Dems.

I just read a post on a board I frequent from someone that was on their “simple man” cruise. They had a blast. Lots of photos, swag, and fun stuff.

3000 Skynyrd Fans- Skynyrd + 15 other bands. 5 days. I guess the bands hang out- pool side, mingle…play shows, and do small impromptu gatherings and meet and greets as well. Sounds like fun, but I am not sure I would like the 3000 people thing and all the partying going on- with no place to escape to—-on a ship.

                • Man, that’d be so cool. I think I’m goin to see Charlie Daniels next Sunday… Check this out:

      • poljunkie

I hope so. If he is crying wolf for attention, that should qualify for some offense.

    • 1mathteacher

Me too! And I love how he justifies his criminal behavior by saying it’s all for his grandkids. We all would like to secure the future of the country for our kids & grandkids, but the end does not justify the means. It dishonors both the criminal and the cause. But I think that’s the problem — they don’t understand honor or fairness.

      • 1mathteacher

Something tells me he would be one of the first & loudest to scream foul if a republican were caught doing the same thing.

  • info Mullaney

But will his 3 extra votes still count? Better not!

    • Probably since, in most states, there is no way to tell which ballot is his.

  • Highlandtwp

Illegal voting is a 4th degree felony, punishable by up to 18 months in prison.

    • DOJ is on it!!!

      • badbadlibs

Now, that was knee slapping funny!

      • Orangeone

Meaning the DOJ is giving instructions on how to perpetrate it, right?

        • Na, that would be too obvious. I’d look to places other than where the DOJ showed up. If they decide to draw attention to my left, I’m going to look to my right to see what they’re sneaking over there.

      • Link?

    • It was a joke. Get over it.

  • Highlandtwp

You sir, are a law breaker.

  • freenca

He’s mentally ill and should be taken in immediately, at least for observation, at minimum til wednesday. What he claims to have done disenfranchises two Republican voters for every one of those ‘extra ones’,I would hope that he would be arrested fined very heavily, and banished from voting evermore! Voter ID, maybe thumbprint proof too, might just keep jerks like this guy out of the booths. Respect for your fellow countrymen is earned.

    • Orangeone

No need to evaluate and observe. Straight to the death panel for this one for blowing open the Dems voter fraud scheme.

  • colliemum

    Words fail me!

And the poll watchers in NC didn’t notice a thing? How very odd.

One thing is for sure: President Romney must institute voter ID in all states, and must go back to paper voting.

Voter fraud not only disenfranchises everybody’s votes, it destroys the foundation of government.

    • BlueGood

We’ve had voter ID for years…it’s pretty simple and there are choices….very few problems up in the Great White North…

      Here’s a link to see:

    • Orangeone

Voter ID is also very easy to fake. An electronic comparison of voter rolls nationally would help identify duplicates, dead people and felons but that is too easy and would reduce the voter fraud so dem Secretaries of State have opposed it, including MN.

      • Patriot077

Somehow we have to get a handle on this – there are just too many ways that they cheat the system. And we probably don’t know the half of it!

You can get up from a fall, but destruction is…well, destruction.

      • Kansasrose

        ahhhhh…. thanks , Badbad 🙂 You’re right !

  • Yet voter ID is RAAAAAAAcist! because fraud “rarely happens”. How often would bank fraud happen if the tellers were barred by law from asking you to prove who you said you were? I’m sure all of us would just depend on the decency and honesty of our fellow man.

When you lock your door at night you are offensively admitting to all of the people in your neighborhood that you don’t trust them, after all.

Think how many others do the same thing and don’t get caught. It’s no surprise now how obama get elected. Cheating. Maybe they just need to eliminate early voting.

This is what I am afraid on election day, I know if everything was legal we would really destroy these people but is hard to beat fraud. I am pretty sure he will be arrested, there was a woman today that got arrested for trying to vote twice.

    • Orangeone

Early voting enables more of this because people can move from location to location to cast early votes or request absentee ballots.

  • This guy is a complete idiot,

  • denbren52

Jail time for this Bozo! And anyone else who tries!

  • ladyjk

That is four votes to be subtracted from Obama plus prosecution. Now I wonder how many others are doing the same thing. Now we see why Eric Holder and the democrats fought so hard to keep voter ID from becoming a reality in the states. There needs to be a full investigation on the voter fraud and on Holder. He has broken the law so many times and just keeps keeping on. This is not a third-world country, enough of the crooked slime of the Obama regime.

  • Why are we still voting like its the 1800’s? We can build and live in space but we don’t have the technology to figure out a better voting system? The libs don’t want a better system.

  • stage9

So he’s fighting for the right of his daughters to grow in a world where they’re treated like whores and sex objects? Delightful.

    • Chevypowered

I guess everyone has a dream…no matter how jacked up it is. 🙁

    • WinMissouri

And he is modeling illegal behavior, he is proud to be breaking the law and will encourage them to do the same in all areas of their life.

      • stage9

        liberalism = criminalism

  • Susitna

I know a country where all citizens (men and women) have the duty to get three personal ID’s when they attain full age: an electoral card, a tax card and a military branch card (to be called as reserve in case of war). For every single transaction of importance like buying a house for example, you have to present these three cards (from which one has a picture of the holder). All three cards have a personal number which identifies you. So on election day you just show up with these documents and the numbers are entered into the system making it impossible to accept the same numbers again. On top of that you have to accept marking your finger with some kind of ink that is not removable after several days. So every citizen can vote only once. Nowadays with our great computer systems, I believe that we could block a person who is trying to vote several times. Interesting is that I am talking about a Third World Country where nobody feels discriminated nor intimidated nor abused because she or he has to identify her- or himself to vote. I am not saying that we have to copy this system but we have to do better in the future to avoid voter fraud.
I have also seen pictures from people in Africa standing long lines to vote. Many didn’t have shoes on, but all were proudly holding an I.D. in their hands ready to vote.
So the U.S. Democratic Communist Party madness needs to come to an end. All Americans should be proud of getting an I.D. to “show off” with proud that they are Americans. The latest in four years this issue has to be resolved once and for all.

  • stage9

So…is anyone DOING anything about this or….

    • Yes. It is in the hands of the local Sheriff, FBI, NC State Board of Elections, etc.

      • stage9

        We know this for sure?

      • white531

        Thanks, Brad. Keep us posted.

  • everyone is aware that this is a photo shop job, right? Surely none of us quick thinking republicans would read something like this and automatically assume that it is true, right?

    • stage9

Um, he admits to writing it on his Facebook page…

“I posted a comment to Jami’s page earlier today and it now lives in cybersomewhere. I can’t seem to get with the whole facebook thing. I made bold comment on the future of my grandchildren under a Romney presidency and now it is gone. I think my comments were deleted as part of a conspiracy inspired by some who see our national glass as half empty.”

    • Actually Charlie it’s not a photoshop. His daughter tweeted to me that her dad was joking when he posted it.

      • stage9

Why is it when liberals tell jokes, no one laughs?

        • Because Liberals aren’t funny?

        • Torqued

Liberals don’t tell jokes. They have NO sense of humor.

    • Rshill7

Wrong. We would assume this all day long.

  • Rshill7

“Farewell and adieu to you fine Spanish ladies,
Farewell and adieu all you ladies of Spain
For we’ve received orders to sail for old England
And perhaps we shall never more see you again.”

Why do I feel like a shark is lurking? A land shark?

“Oh, hello sir. Would you like to bite this guy’s head off? Excellent. Be my guest. Crunchy no?'”

  • Dear RS,

Thanks for picking this up. I don’t know yet if Mr. Turner’s claim is true but it is being actively researched and followed up with local election officials and law enforcement.

  • p m

Hope he enjoys his time in prison – this is a major crime. Trust he’ll have the company of all his friends who did the same thing. SOB.

OTOH I guess the ‘rats have decided that only by cheating at a 4-1 margin will they steal a chance.

    • kong1967

Have they actually ever sent anyone to jail for this? I saw a case involving an ACORN worker committing voter fraud and he just got fined. The judge said he didnt have the power to throw him in jail, otherwise he’d give him ten years.

      • p m

Must have been a blue state! Penalties vary around the country, I saw one report from 2006 that said only 58 people had been indicted and jailed from 2002-2006. Not much of a disincentive, is it. Why can’t voters have an indelible purple ink spot somewhere on their hands to indicate they’ve voted? Those who object don’t get to vote.
So sick of all these people who think their being ‘special’ means they can’t act for the common good. I base this on the fact that there is no good reason to object to some form of vote confirmation. Either that or paper ballots that can be compared electronically, on the spot, to cleaned up voter registries for validity.

        • kong1967

Isn’t it funny that we came up with the finger ink idea in Iraq, but would never allow it here? I like the idea, but then you’d have to figure out how to do absentee voting and early voting would be done away with. That still wouldn’t solve people voting that shouldn’t be voting at all. As you said, it would have to be verified.

    • Orangeone

Let’s send him a case of soap on a rope for his cell mate to enjoy him with.

  • Hope this guy gets a visit from the FBI for breaking a Federal law. Oh, wait a minute, I forgot. The FBI is part of Eric Holder’s Justice Department. Holder will probably give this guy a medal.

    • kong1967

…and slap him upside the head for not voting often enough.

  • SavingtheRepublicdotcom

I just reported him to the FBI! I encourage everyone else do it too! If they hooked up a woman in NV for attempting to do it twice this guy should be a no brainer!

  • GiantM

Like I’ve always believed: “Liberalism is a mental disorder”.

    Well… we more proof!??

  • Because of the vast Democratic voter fraud underway, The Treasonous Criminal Zerobama cannot be a legitimate president if he is reelected. He will be a usurper, elected by fraud, and must be removed from office.

  • Sober_Thinking

Obama won’t win without cheating. Imbeciles like Jim are making it easy to plead the case about voter fraud. I hope he’s arrested and serves time for his arrogant stupidity.

    • wodiej

      what is it?

  • kong1967

The punishments are so weak it won’t do any good. They need to start sending people to jail with large fines. Nothing seems to deter these people.

    • poljunkie

YES. The large fines- payable in FULL before jail.

  • Betsey_Ross

Hmmmmmm and we all believe this guy…..WHY?

  • Martin2717

What a moron. Why let everyone know that you did this?

    • wodiej

you answered your own question w your first sentence.

    • Patriot077

to encourage others to do the same. But they won’t advertise it.

  • johnos2112

These people live in another universe. Did you read his reasoning for voting for Obama? This man is delusional!

  • sjmom

Hope the NC GOP knows about this by now and hope they have the courage to expose it.

  • jrt1031

arrest them all, charge them and take away their rite to vote.

    • Orangeone

Cut off their hands as a clear signal to others that would contemplate.

  • Boris_Badenoff

    Malicious voter fraud:

Loss of voting privileges for 10 years.

    $10,000 fine per occurrence.

1 year federal or state prison.

    result, 99% less voter fraud.

    • The left would claim that you’d be trying to disenfranchise voters, and stupid people would agree.

    • Patriot077

It should be a felony with no restoration of voting privilege.

  • DCGere

“It’s about the American spirit”? Well I don’t think voter fraud is what our Founding Fathers had envisioned. Scumbag.

  • GuessWhoFan

“Whatever it takes”, eh? I’m sure your sacrifice will be greatly appreciated by the Obama crew while you are bending and spreading in the big house. Bottoms up!

Here’s his post: Tomorrow is National Voter Registration Day and I will be part of a group to provide help at Town Hall in Pine Knoll Shores, NC from 10:00 until 4:00. If you will be 18 by election day you MUST register to vote. Have you moved? Have you married? Changed you name?? If any of these apply you need to REGISTER TO VOTE.

  • SKL53

WHY ISN’T ANYONE FROM CONSERVATIVE MEDIA making any noise about this????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

    • Why do you think? Because its not true, thats why!!! • Everyone of you are the most ignorant people I think I have ever seen or heard from: Do you not understand this was a hoax? Do you not understand that this man would of been arrested asap? Are you really that dumb to believe the man is going to brag about illegal voting on twitter and not expect to be arrested? Have your little brains not realized that this person is a registered republican trying to get negative attention towards the democrats? OMG, I can’t believe I live among such ignorant people, how pathetic you people are. I sure hope none of you have children as it should be considered child abuse to have such idiotic parents. My god are you people stupid.

    • poljunkie

Someone commenting on the The Right Scoop, using the handle BSSCoop? Surely you jest?

I dont fancy myself to being dumb, ignorant, or any of the other insults you tossed around.

Voter fraud happens. In 2008 many incidents were confirmed and no one was fined or imprisoned….At least not for public knowledge.

If your theory is true the guy isnt very bright to bring the law to his door.

People often times post crazy things online, thinking it cannot be traced, Think of all the marriages that have been ruined due to the stupidity of Facebook??? … The local paper called his house his wife didn’t take the opportunity to dispel the rumour, instead she was rude and hung up.

Wrong James Turner. When you search for James Turner, it will find this:

It’s James Palmer Turner and he is a Dummycrat. Nice try Obamaroid. Now, get lost!

        • MominNV

          FUZ: F U Zippy.

    • IsraeliCojones

You moron. You’ve got the wrong Turner and the wrong address.

      • Nope, the other one you see is a 27yr old guy…Did you not see the family picture of Jim turner? I assure you he is not 27yrs old. Nice try though. Go do some facebook research and you will see you’re wrong.

      • I emailed CNN and MSNBC with the facts I found about the guy and with other links to some of those that were planning to do this VOTING FRAUD thing and all this is, is a cover when Romney loses as they will blame voter fraud.

      • OMG, I just went to the link you put, are you really really that dumb? I gave the official North Carolina Voter Registration link which is fact. How old are you? 12? Some of you need to be educated on how the internet really works….

        • IsraeliCojones

Why do you fret so much for this Obamatron? Let the authorities do their job. You’re not the White Knight of the Facebook Zombies Posting Crap There, are you?

          • I don’t approve of someone pretending to be one person and really being another for the purpose of hurting someone. Many sites (underground extremists site) exist where they are planning to do this all over and Ive been calling each of them out getting names, addresses, political parties, you name it and regardless of who they’re I hope they rot.

            • IsraeliCojones

              Spare me.

Dude has posted on FB that he voted 4 times and doesn’t deny he’s the poster.

The authorities will get to the bottom of it: either he has voted several times or he hasn’t.

If he hasn’t, nothing will happen. If he has, I hope they kick his *ss to Hell.

Sleep well, Obamatron. Three more days.

              • poljunkie

Hi IC. Its old home day for me today. Great to see you. ♡ Speppers was here awhile ago too.

                • IsraeliCojones

Great to see you too poljunkie 🙂 Are you still on C4P?

                • poljunkie

From time to time, but there is just too much bickering.

I really want Obama gone- and as much as I wish there was another, more conservative candidate —- there isnt! AND— I dont want to be lectured by “some.”

So, I am hopeful of getting him in now, and then see how the future goes.

                • IsraeliCojones

I hear you BIG TIME. I’m there tonight but most of the time I’m not and just waiting for the day after the election… 🙂

                • poljunkie

As you know there are some really great people over there.
Then there are a few that just wont let things go. Its the same thing over and over-
I have enough anxiety from this guy who is playing President- without getting more when I am online.

  • Orangeone

A bit O/T again but wanted to share. I’ve been posting for a few weeks that MN would become and has become a swing state. For the first time, a poll has Romney leading in MN and it is reported by Politico! Okay it’s 1 point but Barky Boy was up 28 points just 3 months ago.

    • Nukeman60

You go, girl. I think we should give out gold stars on Wednesday for anyone who carries their blue states to the Romney column. Looks like you have a good start in Mn. I would love to see the NJ vote go our way too, since so many hurricane survivors are po’ed about the response of the government.

I’ve also heard that Michigan, Oregon, Nevada and Connecticut are starting to swing. Let’s go all out.

      • Orangeone

Trying Nuke, I’m trying.  I can attest to this, theft of Romney signs and vandalism of Romney supporters’ property is on the rise.  I’m locked and loaded.

      • Orangeone

Oh Nuke, do I have news for you. Paul Ryan is going to be in Mpls tomorrow and I have tickets to the rally! I will try and take pix and post when I get home.

        • Nukeman60

Awesome. That means they also think that Minnesota is in play. This is indeed good news.

Have a great time at the rally.

        • poljunkie

    • PhillyCon

I’m surprised this poll made the light of day.

      • Orangeone

Me too and in Politico 🙂  I’ll see what tomorrow’s local minions say.

  • aposematic

Just because some doofus Democrat says something doesn’t make it true. Have we not learned anything after 4+years of Obuma lies.

    • Did you miss Romney’s campaign vs Debates? LMFAO

  • Most of you probably believe Fox when they say Romney is up in he swing states, but let me educate you on something that this website wil never tell you.

If Fox doesn’t represent that the race is very close in the swing states then Romney’s donors back out and its as simple as that. This is why ALL polls say different than what fox spews. All of you will be very dissapointed Tues, I promise all of you that Obama gets a min of 319…this isn’t going to be close and the reason why is that you are in the extreme minority but of course Rush or Fox won’t tell you that either.

    • Landscaper

“…….then Romney’s donors back out..” Did you miss the fact that he is a self made Billionaire and has money for ads?

Btw: there is a difference in your and you’re that you used earlier and called the person stupid. But hey, we all mess up typing.

    • Nukeman60

I, for one, will be disappointed (yes, it’s spelled disappointed) on Wednesday, when you fail to show your face and admit that you have no clue what politics is all about.

However, if you should decide to alleviate my disappointment, please feel free to come back and enlighten us as to how in the world Romney won this thing. I’ll be curious to know just what it is that you missed.

…I promise all of you that Obama gets a min of 319…‘ – bs

I think you might have missed a decimal there. Better double check.

      • If he keeps up the crap he’s giving, he won’t be back later tonight, let alone Tuesday.

        • Nukeman60

          Yeah, I kinda figured that.

      • Orangeone

Totally agree Nuke. His public school education is showing with his improper spelling, sentence construction. He’s been indoctrinated with Barky Boy’s Chicago mathematics from the look of it too.

    • Howard Ochs

Thanks for the laugh! You are DRIPPING WITH DESPERATION! Good luck to ya, comrade.

    • Howard Ochs

” you are in the extreme minority but of course Rush or Fox won’t tell you that either.”

Oh, you mean Fox, the number one station in the whole Country? Oh, you mean Rush Limbaugh, the number one talk radio show in the Country? They must’ve climbed and clawed their way to the number one spot and have stayed there for years and years all with the help of an “extreme minority”.

You weren’t born too bright, bless your little heart!

      • Nukeman60

They actually aren’t at the top. Both FOX and Rush lieto us knuckle-draggers about being number one. When will we ever learn. 🙂

    • Orangeone

Are you injesting fumes or other substances? I live in an extremely blue state and the latest left-leaning poll has Romney in the lead. I suggest you be thankful that ObamaCare will be repealed because I don’t believe it provides for the amount of counseling you need to reach reality.

  • conservativenews

Go to this website : and type James Turner.
It’s James Palmer Turner, and he is an Obamaroid.

    • Once again trying to find anyway to prove something that is not true, but James Turner who send the tweet is in his 50’s and your james you just decided to pick is 27yrs old now go look at the family picture. Surely your not blind and stupid or are you?

      • conservativenews

        Wrong again.
        James Palmer Turner is 69.

      • toongoon

You sound awfully scared it might be true. LOL!!!

      • conservativenews

He wrote it on facebook, it was not a tweet, and his facebook page says he is 69. He is not in his 50’s, you dummy.

      • Orangeone

Your public school education is showing in your posts.

  • Thank you for reporting this. I have sent an email to the NC Election Board of Election and ALL of its members. I am a NC citizen who just voted yesterday and this type of behavior is ludicrious!

  • PhillyCon

Sometimes, its interesting to get a “peek” into the mind of a Lefty.

Yes, his grandaughter will have her precious right to kill her baby, but she’ll be broke and living on the gov’t as a result of his Messiah’s policies.

  • This used to be word of mouth “Vote Early, Vote Often”, now thanks to stupid fools like this it’s “I Tweeted That I Voted Often”

  • The arrogance is astounding.

  • BHliberty

Wow, amazing admission and so brazen about it! No doubt he will hve some visitors at his door. Reminds me of those stories where criminals do the dumbest things and of course they get caught.

  • Just cuz he said it, don’t make it true. You can say ANYTHING you want anywhere on the net…. Here, watch:
I AM THE ONE who really shot JFK.
I was abducted by aliens last night and traveled back in time.
I had a threesome with Dana Perino and Jenna Lee last night (and then I woke up)
    See?….it’s easy!

    • IsraeliCojones

And so what? Let the FBI do its job.

    • Nukeman60

Yes, it’s true that anything can be said on the internet. It’s what happens with the followup that is important. Either he just wants his 15 minutes of fame, or he actually did vote the way he said he did.

No one can say one way or the other which it is until investigated. However, people can give their opinion on the idea of voter fraud, as there are thousands upon thousands of cases happening across the country.

In, Minnesota, for example, Franken was elected to the Senate (and subsequently was the deciding vote for Obamacare) when voter fraud was allowed (the first count had him losing by 700 and the recount had him winning by roughly 300, with 1000 felons being found to vote). Their laws stipulate that a person not only be caught commiting voter fraud, but also know that it was voter fraud in order to be convicted. Outrageous.

So we see that voter fraud and conviction for voter fraud are world’s apart.

  • clocker1

anyone reported him to the FBI yet?

  • clocker1

This idiot posted a new post saying that his other one has disappeared. He thinks its a conspiracy. More like facebook removed it to protect one of their own.

  • OK, I’m way down at the bottom… but ATTENTION PLEASE…

In NC the State BOE is like the fox guarding the hen house. Many conservatives in our local county had their own signatures tampered with, on a petition to get a local tea-party type candidate on Nov.’s ballot, for a county commissioner’s spot. A very wealthy local liberal had connections… Would the NCBOE investigate this obvious tampering? No!

A North Carolina Democrat named Jim Turner posted on his Facebook page that he has voted FOUR times already and will vote again on election day.

He’s a democrat though, so there’s a very strong likelihood that he was lying.

Report: NAACP Operatives Invade Houston Polling Station

Members of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) on Friday allegedly descended on a polling station in Houston to “encourage” people to vote for President Barack Obama,’s Katie Pavlich reports.

Buuut a woman wearing a “Vote the Bible” shirt was turned away.

When in God’s name are we going to see some justice in this country??

  • white531

It’s getting late. It has been my observation, that anything posted, after eight o’clock, Pacific time, are wasted words.

I’m headed for a soft pillow, and a good book. I enjoy your conversations. I really do. I look forward to them, and each day, is a new beginning.

Today, we enjoy the number, Three. Little parody on Big Bird.

    • Daylight savings time gives an extra hour to punish the Democrats this weekend. 🙂

      • Don’t forget to change your clocks back tonight, and change the president on Tuesday!

        • Mike Florey

You beat me to it by mere minutes.

  • Why is this moron not in jail? We should barrage his fb page with commments.
    He’s a disgrace.

  • WhiteGuy2

Voter fraud could very well sink this election for Romney.

    • SoLongSong

I honestly don’t think so. I mean, I know there WILL be voter fraud, and it will heavily favor the dems as usual, but I don’t think they can overcome the LANDSLIDE that is coming their way.

I see (a lot of disappointed) Dead People.

  • SoLongSong

    Now THIS is funny!

“Yesterday Team Obama asked Twitterers to share reasons to vote for the president. You know, in addition to revenge.

Following a delicious hijacking by the right side of the Twitterverse, conservatives generously offered to say a few nice words about President Obama. Hey, they’re givers.”

My favorite: “He never ate a cat.”

  • WhiteGuy2
  • white531

Little off topic, but with only three days left, what is really off topic?

In the course of our business, which involves other vendors, I was inescapably privy today, to other conversations. Two such persons, were engaged in a lengthy conversation about the election. They were almost giddy, at the prospects of Obama being elected for a second term.

I didn’t engage them, because it was a business environment, and would not have been appropriate.

They were laughing, and making jokes about Romney, confident, that Obama would win easily. It gave me pause.

We are such a divided country. The very fabric and the strength of this great country, is being destroyed by Liberals, and Communists.

That you and I, are here to fight against it, may not be enough. There is so much money being thrown at this, to take away our Freedom, and convert us to a Communist nation. Scares me. Hope it scares you, too.

Know, and understand your enemies. Keep them in your sight, at all times.

    • SoLongSong

It’s too bad those two vendors were so delusional. They’re going to have a mighty hard Tuesday!

For myself, I am a NATURAL WORRIER. Ask anybody in my family! But I have to tell you, I’m going to sleep well tonight, and tomorrow night.

For contrast, go to the other post on this site of Mitt Romney at Red Rock in Colorado.

Contrast that with THIS, also in COLORADO:

      • white531

SoLongSong, I did not mean to give you the wrong impression. I think Romney will win by a a landslide. It just pains me, to think that we are so divided, as a nation. After two hundred years of Freedom, something no country in the history of the world ever achieved, before us, we have friends and neighbors, and school teachers, who want to teach our children, what it means to be an American, and what they are in favor of, is to teach our children to be Communists.

        • SoLongSong

Ah! I understand and agree. You make a good point about the teachers, especially.

I was gratified to hear Mitt Romney talking about teachers and their unions tonight.

I think that really, we’re almost more united NOW than we were. I consider Obama to have been a FOUR YEAR long SEPTEMBER 11th. Remember how America was on 9/12/01?

Obama has awakened a renewed appreciation and love of country. We’d been taken it for granted for so long as Progressivism has slowly creeped it’s way in over the past 100 years.

Obama tried to speed the process – to his political peril. He’s so sick in the head that he (thankfully) didn’t even THINK to go center to win – and destroy – some more.

Americans are more united now than ever before.

    • SoLongSong

And it’s happening all OVER the place! Flash “Mob” dance for Obama – only about 12 people showed up:

      IMPRESSIVE. *cough*

  • Malkiel_kol_hakavod_la_el

This man is beyond words… His blatant disregard for our voting system and laws of the United States and the State of NC he truly should he be punished to the full extent of federal and State law – This type of behavior continues to demonstrate Barack Hussein Obama’s own beliefs are a disease and are transmitted to and carried by all those that follow Barack Hussein Obama they all have the same mental deficiency……. Read the mans words – he truly has no sense of reality and should along with his messiah Barack Hussein Obama share the same padded room…….

  • tvlgds

If a Republican pulled that crap he’d have already been arrested.

  • tsturbo

Mandatory 1 year in prison for EACH incident of vote fraud, 5-10 years mandatory for organization of vote fraud. If previously convicted, mandatory deportation for ANY future offense.
Any government employee convicted of any type of vote fraud to receive the above PLUS loss of any current and future benefits, immediate firing with no chance of future government employment.

This is what is know as “a good start”.

  • Mike Florey

Remember to change your clocks tonight and your president on Tuesday.

  • Here’s my post om FreeRepublic on Facebook about this from early today. I made the AG Office link in North Carolina available and contacted them myself:!/groups/26012226159/permalink/10151072788986160/?notif_t=like

  • Circa53

Lets keep an eye on Jim Turner and make sure he is convicted..And the same with any like him.

  • gajaw999

I copied the link to this story and forwarded it to two people at the NC Elections Board. If the story is true, I am sure they will be interested to see how their electoral process is being mocked and made light of.

  • Jim Turner, we spit on you.
…………………………Jim Turner, we spit on you.
…………………………………………………….Jim Turner, we spit on you.
BTW – the value of “winning” by cheating?? Less than a piece of $hit (like you).

  • lock him up for voter fraud

  • It would be a lot harder for him to do this from a prison cell. Problem solved.

  • NCHokie02

Voter fraud?? What voter fraud? You’re just trying to disenfranchise minorties. How does this guy know that his first vote would have been counted? He had to ensure that at least one would, right??? (ps this is sarcasm)

  • david

funny thing is if you do a search on face book that name comes up but the pic doesnt match any of the jim turners

  • This bastard needs to have a personal meeting with the FBI…and before Tuesday. BTW…He is on Facebook and he is a loyal UNC grad and such. Something tells me his education didn’t include common sense about voting or the ramifications of lying about voting. What a jerkwad…………..

    • sDee

My apologies to tarheel fans but UNC’s role in the NC university system is to churn out blind anti-constitutional, activist progressives.

Reason, self-reliance, logic, and independent thinking go to Chapel Hill to die.

  • cliftonpyle

Put folks like this in the graybar hotel for a hockey packing contest.

  • Where does he say he voted multiple times in *this election cycle*? The places he mentions having voted in the past are consistent with the biographical info available on his FB page.

    • Publius

Ah, it’s called context. But only someone capable of abstract thinking could detect it.

  • notebene

This garbage is EXACTLY why this election is appearing to be so close! FRAUD! Now that this man has bragged about committing it, what will be done? Are they going to take away his voting privileges and make his ballots null and void? Of course not! He may be the first one stupid enough to openly brag about breaking the law, but I guarantee that he is not alone! Cheating is the Chicago way and the only way that liberal minority loons can force their agenda.

  • bobemakk

We all know this is going to happen, and any investigation into this issue must be held by an independent group, not the democrats as usual when fraud happens. They are trying to take control and force an Obama win. If Romney loses, we know that voter fraud had a lot to do with it.

    • Yvette47

I’ve been told by the GOP that they’re watching for this – I hope that’s correct.

  • JungleCogs

What! I don’t get it the dems say there isn’t any voter fraud to warrent Voter ID’s.

    • Yvette47

And then Rosemary’s Baby file lawsuits!

  • dcnatl

this democrap scumbag should be locked up.
    if you can’t beat’em then cheat’em
what a disgrace to our system, voter id should be required

    • Yvette47

I finally got on our MN ballot this year – of course, I voted yes & everyone I know of here did the same.

  • Yvette47

Will some NC resident here please copy/paste this into an e-mail & send it to both the NC Attorney General & the NC Secretary of State? I expect their e-mail addresses will be on their websites & if not, could call their offices for it.

I’d do it myself, but don’t live in NC & when I emailed Ohio officials (I don’t live in OH, either). Never heard anything. I think maybe these folks would respond if something came from one of the residents of their state.

We’ve have to do more about this crap, than just complaining about it to each other!

  • It was a joke, you morons! Are you people REALLY that stupid and gullible?
Never mind. Of course you are.

    • wodiej

ah, another liberal who cannot formulate an intelligent sentence without insults.

  • Yvette47

May or may not be a joke, Cara. Some people are really stupid enough to post things like this when it’s true!

I copied/pasted the FB post & sent to [email protected]

  • LibLoather

What a cracker. That’s what you end up like when your parents are brother and sister.

    • wodiej

      oh geez…lol

  • Please watch & share this 5 minute video:

Together we can make things better!

    • Yvette47

Love it, Julie – thanks for sharing it with us!

  • Yvette47

He may have posted it just to get people upset – or he may have been serious.

I’d rather have this investigated if it’s a joke, than not have it investigated when it’s serious. So, I think it needs to be invegistigated!

I sent a copy of his FB post to [email protected]

Some on Obama’s side committing voter fraud, is a given, IMO.

  • Erdnay

Has this guy been arrested and thrown in the slammer with the Benghazi video maker ?
No, I doubt it. He’s probably received a phone call from B.O. like Sandy Flukes did.

  • Sure, they will figure out what he did (if he did it) and have all of the democrats do it.

    • Yvette47

      You got that right, James!

  • repubboy

Four times the fraud, should equal four times the jail time.. !!! Hope that justice is applied and swiftly.. These people think it’s a joke,, The only joke are themselves.. They should be punished to fullest extent of the law.

  • NCHokie02

I did see a news article about a woman who was arrested after voting or at least trying to vote twice. She was a registered republican. So I wonder if the FBI is going to investigate this douche.

  • I hope ‘ole Eric the Unjust is reading and he’ll bring the full weight of the DOJ down on this violater of Federal Law (right)

    • Yvette47

Only in our dreams, SeaDog. If he sees it, it’ll make his day!

  • Can this filthy cheat hear himself? Romney’s “followers” are fear mongers, but this foolish follower of the One has completely swallowed Obama’s fear mongering about the War on Women hoax. The Lily Bedwetter Act was unnecessary. If employers could legally pay women less, they would hire only women. After all, employers care only about profit. “This election is about rainbows and warm puppies. If you care about your fellow man, then the end justifies the means. Forward to communism! Progress is whatever I want!” This message paid for by the Democrats – the party of America’s dark past.

  • Yvette47

I sent this info to [email protected] & it got a brief mention, with a quick shot of the FB message on Greta Van Sustern’s show last night. Hoping it was passed along to proper authorities!

  • gajaw999

I emailed NC election board yesterday and got a response today. They said they have investigated this and that there is no merit to the case. Yes, the guy said he voted four times, but turns out he was lying. NC officials did not sound amused. RightScoop ought to take this story off websit so people will not be distracted and upset by this idiot blogger.

    • disqus_qQLhst7cBF

I called the NC Election board this morning and expressed my concern. The lady was nice and said yes they were aware of this claim and are investigating it and will file charges once they determine it actually happened.

  • CO2isGood

Said it before and will say it again, the Left always gets the dead, cartoon-character, felon, stolen and stupid votes!

  • Typical demo-nazi-libby-pig! I truly hope they catch this fool and convict him of voter fraud! Sorry punk!

  • RickyD

Somebody in NC should bitch slap this commie thug.

  • Donna29

Need to find a new and better way to vote. Lord if a candidate can’t win on his own merits what do these cheaters think they are going to end up with in the White House, …….someone just like them!!’

  • wannahug

If Obummer wins the election – we WILL know why!!!!!

  • Donna29

Need to come up with a safer way to vote, maybe fingerprints. Good lord, if a candidate can’t get voted in on his own merits, what do these cheaters think they are going to end up with in the White House,……… Someone just like them!!!!

  • He might as well, no one will do anything about it.

  • Bunjy

Arrest him. Prosecute him. Throw him in prison. Better yet, confiscate his accumulated wealth like his hero Obama wants so he can live like Obama envisions everyone should live. Make an example of him so others of like mind aren’t so sure of themselves in the future.

  • So he is perfectly comfortable with breaking the law as long as it is for something that he supports.

  • hwy505

Has there been an update on this jerk?

  • hwy505
  • koolinAmerica

And the Democrat’s claim there is no such thing as voter fraud! Yet, they are the biggest offenders. Also might be noted that they have groups out looking for voter fraud. So Dem’s, is there voter fraud or isn’t there voter fraud?

  • Suprised? NO! Disappointed? Yes, because I have friends that are dems and none of them would do something like this. With the lies and distortions and now cheating does the conservative right have a chance unless they follow in this guys footsteps. Not the way to go; winning at all costs is not winning but losing your soul, but then maybe he doesn’t believe he has one to lose.

  • Steve Sims

Wow! What a blatant disregard for the law. If they haven’t already, I hope the police show up at his door today.

  • Republicans are too busy working 10 & 12 hour days making money to commit vote fraud or waste their time. That’s why you don’t see a lot of conservative protests.

  • It is the only way Obama will win, cheating.

  • How about giving us his middle name or facebook id so we can ruin his life?

  • LadyLew

Thanks for helping the cause of voter suppression .

  • deannawoods

This one Facebook entry is a little suspect. Admitting to voter fraud on Facebook? Why would anyone make an admission of such an illegal act in such a public place? He certainly could have expressed his concerns without telling people he violated a very important law. More evidence is needed. In the meanwhile, in Oregon’s Clackamas Country, a volunteer in the elections office was caught filling in any blanks in the ballot with marks for Republicans. In Arizona, GOP candidate Flake, according to the local press, is responsible for robo-calls to Democrats telling them to go to what will be the wrong precinct for them, meaning that if they go to that precinct, their ballots will not be counted. In Florida, some voters have been in lines for 9 hours, as the GOP governor reduced the early voting days from 14 to 8. The Sproul company, employed by the National Republican Party, is now under investigation in at least 10 Florida counties for voter registration fraud. I’ve been checking for voter fraud or voter registration fraud, regardless of party. So far, GOP members have been identified by authorities in far more cases than Democrats. It’s a terrible act regardless of who’s responsible. After this election, there appear to be some important issues to tackle, to ensure American citizens get to exercise their right to vote without having such mountains to hurdle.

  • Jim Turner must be retarded to say what he said about Romney.

  • TomEdgar

He CLAIMED to be a Democrat, He CLAIMED to have voted four times. Methinks he protesteth to loud. (apologies to Shakespeare) Or alternatively the original “Poster” seeks
G O P propaganda material by falsely advertising.

  • Well, heck. That’s nothing. I voted 6 times in San Diego, twice in Santa Rosa, twice in Petaluma, and I’m about to vote for the 13th time here in Santa Cruz.

Of course, they were all different elections…..

If anyone really voted five times in one election, would they admit it on FaceBook? I don’t think so….

  • The_Dadster

In related news, in reward for voting 4 times, President Barrumph W. Odumbo will award Mr. Turner the Order of Lenin medal ……..

  • The_Dadster

In related news, President Barrumph W. Odumbo awarded Mr. Turner the Order of Lenin medal …….

  • Mr. Turner, how can you sleep at night when you broke an election law by voting (4) times for Obama?

  • Works4Me

Has anyone considered he voted using other peoples names “who” he was told “weren’t” going to vote? By voting other peoples votes “he” wouldn’t or couldn’t get caught for voter fraud. How do you think it works in Chicago?

  • NealWV

Nothing will be done to the guy for voting 4 times… Because it was for a democrat. If it were the other way around it would have been on every news station.
