We’re always eager to take time out of our day to point and laugh at the stupidity of the VOX folks, who set themselves up to explain everything to the dumbest reader on the internet, that being a VOX reader. This time it’s their insistence that the media coverage of Hillary’s really weird Chipotle visit on her “Scooby Road Tour” was DUMB and not worth covering:
But here’s a funny thing – the main editor, Ezra Klein thought the Romney “Big Bird” story was worth posting:
The backstory to how Sesame Street's Snuffleupagus became visible to adults is pretty dark: http://t.co/s5B6HUBf
— Ezra Klein (@ezraklein) October 10, 2012
Oh and also the “Binders of Women” supposed blunder during the 2012 election:
Agree Douthat on "binders full of women." The sentiment was admirable! The lack of policy specifics was the problem. http://t.co/unbcxlzs

And here’s the writer of the piece, Matt Yglesias on why the “binders” story was so important.
Why leaders should ask for binders full of women: http://t.co/87omebQj

And more Big Bird:
Obama's day-late Sesame Street zingers are pretty funny: http://t.co/lUtoPtFl #jerkstorecalled

In fact, he has nearly a dozen tweets about the Big Bird story against Romney. That wasn’t dumb at all! It’s only when there’s a Democratic candidate who’s obviously hiding from the press and trying to control every single moment of her campaign like some totalitarian dictator that all of a sudden any story highlighting the bizarre campaign becomes “dumb.”
