Ben Carson took his message of self-reliance to Harlem today, saying it’s a problem when homicide is the most likely cause of death for a young black male in the city and it’s something that needs to be addressed. But causing strife is not the way to do it, Carson points out. He says we need to begin talking about this despite the urge by some to call us Uncle Toms.
He also points out that Democrats are following in the footsteps of Lyndon Johnson who said ‘if we give those n-words such and such they’ll vote for us for the next 200 years’.
