Donald Trump is a natural on these late night shows, although I think it’s safe to say Colbert went a little soft on him. But the interview was very entertaining and there was one moment where Colbert asked Trump a semi-tough question, given the gathering. Colbert asked if Obama was born in America. Trump handled it with skill and really left no way for Colbert to try and get him on it.
