WATCH Mark Levin’s Keynote at the Tea Party Patriots 5th anniversary

Mark Levin gave a great keynote at the Tea Party Patriots 5th anniversary celebration today, reminding us of how crucial the Tea Party movement is at this time in history:

The Tea Party movement is the only thing left that stands between what remains of our republic and the tyranny of run away government. And I say this from the bottom of my heart and my soul.

God bless and protect this man!!

  • Good stuff.
Please put up Rand’s speech, too. I’d really like to hear what he had to say.

Ironically, I posted a video of Reagan’s warning that the ‘Great One’ closed with a few weeks ago. BTW, if anyone ever asks why Mark Levin holds that title, just show them this video.

After just watching Levin’s marvelous and uplifting speech, there’s very little to say. So, I will just congratulate the Tea Party Patriots 5th anniversary, today’s speakers and thank God that the love of freedom and liberty of our constitutional Republic still LIVES and is embodied by Tea Partiers across America.

I understand the Founders/Framers were concerned that the Executive branch, the President, might get too powerful, even to be able to intimidate the other branches.

And this was before the Executive branch had so many Departments, Agencies, and other unelected, powerful organizations, with some that could write fully government enforced laws (‘regulations’) and with some that could apparently ignore the laws they don’t like.

    And they were concerned THEN????

That’s why they included article 5 in the Constitution. To give the people and the States the power to have an amendment process via the state convention process.
Thank you, Mark Levin, for not only detailing that process, but for actually writing out the actual wording of the amendments most needed to pummel this leviathan into submission.

I need you guys’ help fighting the media war:

I’m getting into a bit of an editing war over at wikipedia’s article on ACORN:

The second paragraph accuses Republicans of ‘misrepresentation’ and O’Keefe of falsification. The referenced AG report make no such claim, but they keep revering my edits.

I need you guys to help me out by supporting me on the discussion page and reverting their undos. We need to win the social media war; it’s no different than what they would do.

    • What does someone who’s never participated in Wikipedia edits do to begin?

Best way to learn is to experement.

Go to any page on Wikipedia and click the “edit” tab and edit away.

Don’t worry, all previous versions are logged, so if you mess up or make any edit that’s incorrect, it’s a simple matter for some other editor to revert to an older version.

Thanks, Scoop, for posting this. I was tuned in to the CBS live stream this morning and they cut away from the Tea Party meeting before Mark spoke.
Severe bummer. All of a sudden Moochelle was speaking! Aah!
Anytime you post Mark Levin, though, it is a good move on your part, and a benefit on our part. Thanks again.

I am glad he brought up George Will. I am tired of people thinking that man is a Conservative. I was also so very glad to see Laura Ingrahm go after George about Amnesty, because the WSJ is an open borders advocate. George stated that we needed all these illegals to take care of basically the welfare state. Well what good are they when over 35% of them are collecting Welfare.

Excellent, Levin is a fearless patriot whose eyes are wide open. He speaks truth to the power in the District of Corruption. Thank you Mark.

AWESOME. If only he could be President and Sarah Palin VP. i would overtake Lou, and I’d become “luckiest man on the face of the Earth” and the happiest man on Earth.
