While the impeachment hearing has been happening today, Mark Meadows has been making news of his own outside the hearing with reporters:
In this instance, CBS News reporter Nancy Cordes suggests that what Meadows is arguing, relating to there being no quid pro quo, would mean that everyone testifying is lying.
But Meadows hits back, noting that he’s been in the hearings, that he’s read all the transcripts and that her premise is simply wrong.
She claims that she’s read all the transcripts, but Meadows notes that’s impossible because they haven’t all been released.
