MSNBC host, and “lucky idiot” by his own admission, Blake Zeff gave the ending rant on today’s “the Cycle” show, and he used the occasion to whine that it wasn’t fair for him and his wife to have to pay back the $170,000 in student loan debt they racked up.

Wow. So the bank is just supposed to forget that they made the terrible decision to spend money on an education that wouldn’t pay for itself? Or perhaps he wants the American taxpayer to foot the bill. Here’s the deal, Blake, you screwing up your life by taking on an education you can’t afford is your problem, not the bank’s, or the taxpayer’s. Does anyone actually think banks will continue to loan out money for student loans if they can never get it paid back?
Thanks for the complete lack of economic wisdom, MSNBC, that’s what we all expect from you.
Here are a bunch of idiots who agreed with Blake:
And @blakezeff KILLED IT.

@thecyclemsnbc @blakezeff And when you add other factors like divorce, illness, etc. You can see how families like yours are still at risk.

Usually I can find way more tweets, but given MSNBC’s low ratings, they just don’t have many viewers to tweet.
