Earlier today websites started running stories about a “Demand Protest” website that supposedly paid protesters to show up at the inauguration. Apparently it’s all fake, and Tucker Carlson had some guy calling himself “Dom Tullipso” on his show to defend the hoax.
Watch below:
Tucker called it “performance art,” which he has said to a guest before, while “Tullipso” appeared to be trying to point out how gullible right-wing fake news websites are. I think. Who knows.
He added on Twitter:
Tucker Carlson is a fraud. I will be contacting my lawyer (Peyton Manning) for libel. #DemandProtest

Here’s one of the histrionic reports taken in by the hoax:
Soros organization #DemandProtest Paid HUGE Amounts to Protest Trump.
We wish to all #ProRioters to get a normal Job!

Of course that cesspool Gateway pundit ran it to their gullible readers:
Get used to this, it’s not gonna get better.
