I really like this attitude from CNN’s John King, who says the media needs to stop whining and complaining and just work harder after Trump’s ban on certain outlets today from a press gaggle.

I love it. That’s what they should be saying instead of crying out “Hitler” and saying Trump is a totalitarian. And as I’ve been saying, if he IS a despotic totalitarian, then it’s going to get a whole lot worse than this. And if he’s not, then they’re ruining their credibility by whining about such small matters.
And he’s also right about Trump limiting his message. He’s GREAT at reaching his base – the millions of people who follow him on Facebook and Twitter. But to be a successful president, he needs to expands beyond that and reach others that don’t reflexively follow him.
Good advice for all of us – stop whining, word harder. Damn straight.
