With deadlines coming dude in the next few days and some people facing possible lapses in their healthcare coverage, the Obama administration is now urging insurers to sell basic catastrophic plans that don’t even meet the guidelines set for by Obamacare and they’ve changed the rules on who can get those plans. But insurers are saying this could cause major problems with the risk pools and some experts are saying that the administration is in panic mode.
