El Trumpo is accusing the Department of Justice of colluding with Hillary Clinton through her aides because of an email released by Wikileaks.
Here’s now the New York Post explains the accusations:
New WikiLeaks emails show “collusion” between Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the Justice Department investigating her private email server, Donald Trump’s campaign charged Tuesday.
Trump’s campaign called on the Department of Justice to release “all communications” between Clinton and her allies to “definitively prove their investigation was completely above board.”
The hacked emails show former Justice Department staffer-turned-Clinton spokesman Brian Fallon updating Hillary Clinton’s aides about litigation regarding her emails.
“DOJ folks inform me there is a status hearing in this case this morning, so we could have a window into the judge’s thinking about this proposed production schedule as quickly as today,” Fallon wrote Clinton staffers May 19, 2015.
Later that day, a federal judge ordered the State Department to release Clinton’s emails on a rolling basis.
OK, so… this doesn’t show that the DOJ did anything for Clinton. All it shows is that they gave them a heads up about a possible decision from the judge. And the email says “could have,” so it wasn’t even definite, it was just a guess. If this is the best Wikileaks can do that they severely oversold what they have, just as I predicted earlier. It DOES show how all these entities are interconnected, but this is not “collusion” in a way that would put into question the integrity of the investigation into Hillary. I still think they should have indicted her, but Wikileaks has failed in proving any malfeasance exists… yet.
