“You’re a bunch of bullies!” – Judge Jeanine Pirro SLAMS the IRS for more employees pleading the 5th

Judge Jeanine Pirro isn’t happy that even more from the IRS bullies are now wrapping themselves in the Constitution for protection, pleading the 5th from the same Constitution they violated when they targeted conservative groups.

Chappelle’s response was entertaining! As for double standards, well, you know, if they didn’t have them…

God Bless this outspoken, unapologetic defender of liberty.

DonnyBlackmore What I don’t get is that the Tea Party was supposed to be the new party but it became separate groups instead.

    • Orangeone DonnyBlackmore The status of the Tea Party doesn’t make any difference at this point. Tea Party has been so denigrated by Dems and the lamestream media that it is believed to be tantamount to terrorists. There’s no way it would get the support and/or legitimacy needed to front a candidate. The Reagan Dems who are ready to leave their party would have nothing to do with the Tea Party but they would absolutely consider joining a new party (I’ve been told this by several).

      • Orangeone

BikerHoop Orangeone DonnyBlackmore And it makes ZERO sense.  A new party is a new party and if the progrs attack one they’ll just say the conservatives cannot even keep a party together and honestly they would be right.

    • applepie101

Orangeone DonnyBlackmore The Tea party is a movement, rather than a political party. Just like the first Tea party.

      • Orangeone

applepie101 Orangeone DonnyBlackmore Thanks for the clarification.  Our forefathers warned us about parties…..

      • doofuschmartz

applepie101 Orangeone DonnyBlackmore Right…it’s a movement…within a party…the REPUBLICAN PARTY. We never split off from them, and that was the problem…attachment to a diseased entity that was just feeding off of us. They were a Cancer sucking our life blood, and we were supporting their old, sick ideas for empty promises. If we want to remain viable, we have to rid ourselves of the likes of that old, decrepit and diseased Republican Party and REFORM into a new party altogether…

DonnyBlackmore Not neccessarily, Donny. I have been listening to Ted Cruz, and now people like Dana Loesch, that smokin hot…I mean that in a combative forensic sense, woman at the rally, and now, Judge Jeanine, as well as others with very strong voices…Sarah Palin, Trey Gowdy, Mark Levin, Mike Kelly, Jim Jordan…I really believe that if we, as a serious-minded Conservative Third Party were to truly coalesce our forces behind them by means of influence, finances,  to the extent that we are able, talent to the extent that we have it, volunteerism, etc…I believe we would get others to listen. I have been reading the negative press that Obama has been getting worldwide…it is serious, I mean really serious. He was met by several anti-0 groups in South Africa today. Last week in Ireland, a female in the Irish Parliament(?) ripped him a new one, and not just him, but his whole family. His speech in Brandenburg had a pitiful 4500 people in attendance, last year he had over 200,000. The local and national talk radio shows rarely have Obama supporters calling to give any positive feedback on anything he’s done these days. When I used to hear several per day, now I might hear a couple per week. Young people are abandoning  Obamassiah in droves…his poll number are down in their age group by 20-30%. They’re also down among Libertarians and Independents. The reason we lost the last Presidential election, IMO, is because we had Romney for a candidate. I voted for him with a nauseous stomach and a pinched nose…Ryan, just slightly less. Many conservatives didn’t vote for him at all.  This time, we could have a STRONG candidate in Ted Cruz, who wants to ABOLISH the IRS…ABOLISH IT…He, or one of the other Strong Conservative/Libertarian/Constitutionalists could unite and energize us all because now we have strong issues to bring us together and to fight for…we could do it…

I have too but you are not likely to see much, if anything, about this in the (Obama loving), American, liberal Press. 😉 😉

      • doofuschmartz

Maybe not, but you’re not going to see much positive press either when there isn’t any, are you? Besides that, the young people who actually vote are getting their news from social media sites…not LSM television. That’s why Bam-Bam’s poll numbers have dropped so dramatically. I have a son in his twenties in college, he is a liberal/libertarian. He voted for Ron Paul in the last election. He is currently leaning conservative partly because of discussions we have had, but mostly because of what he, himself has witnessed with this NSA snooping. Furthermore, the rest of my family, many of whom were undecideds, have come around. They HATE the government intrusion and the IRS abuse, even though it didn’t affect them personally. Then there are those who are, strange as it sounds, single-issue voters about the gun rights. Here in Texas, among vets especially, but everywhere really, even, of all people, Madonna, who don’t want that right messed with. Now, Madonna will still vote liberal, but she may have influenced a lot of people with her comments about guns, who knows. It may be wishful thinking, but I truly believe O’s support is diminishing rapidly. And now that he has sent weapons to Syria, its gonna get worse. Assad will step up the government violence, there will be more killings, more Americans and Christians will be affected…just wait and see…

    • Orangeone

doofuschmartz DonnyBlackmore Preach it friend, you are correct. There are many, many, many Dems ticked off too and are being exposed more frequently for putting blacks and the poor on to the gov’t plantation.  People are rallying behind AbolishTheIRS.

    • Kcid Rekrap

doofuschmartz DonnyBlackmore Yeah! What you said!

  • PoCoTex

Unfortunately, Judge Pirro is assuming that Obama gives a [email protected]
Any President who brings the enemy into the White House probably couldn’t care less about some comparatively small-time goings-on and silliness in the IRS.

This is what tyranny looks like.
Deafening silence from the GOPe leadership.
    Disgusting.

    • CalCoolidge

Judges718 This is what tyranny looks like.  If the GOP fusses too much, they will be audited next.  And the NSA wiretaps will be used to reveal harmful secrets.

  • Conniption Fitz

Obama’s administration – bullies – that are trying to destroy our freedom.
They have abused power, and have violated the Rights of Americans continually.
Lawlessness is the main characteristic of this regime.

  • Matt2Matt

She had the great Chris Plante on last night, and failed to utilize him properly.  This bit about Fox trying to “balance” out a conservative with a flaming wackjob bomb throwing Leftist is tiresome.

    • doofuschmartz

Matt2Matt  I don’t think that is due to her orchestration, but the RINO progressive influence of whoever holds the purse strings. Frankly, I’m surprised that Judge Janine is even allowed to give an opinion on FOX NEWS at all…

  • Yes they are trying to bully us, but most bullies become wieners after a punch in the nose, and that’s what needs to be done.

  • Proudhispanicconservative

This has been mishandled like everything else that the GOP handles which is terrible, if they had been smart from the beginning they would’ve done stuff behind the scenes so that we can get people to talk by offering immunity, my level of embarrassment has never been greater than it is now for the party of Lincoln, but what else can you expect from a bunch of rinos.

    • LaylaChloesNana

Proudhispanicconservative Like Cummings, who released the redacted transcript against the Committee procedure, a transcript which indicated nothing of what he said it did, and served only to out the questioning procedure of the Committee, just like Issa said it would? That “RINO” Democrat, you mean?

  • applepie101

Record all transactions and audits you may have with IRS representatives. It will have the double effect of keeping them on their best behavior, and protecting you with evidence should you need it later.

  • kong1967

She’s right.  The same people that have no respect for the Constitution and step all over it use it for themselves like it’s a sacred document.  Proposed new law.  If you’re in government and you trash the Constitution and pretend it doesn’t exist, you lose it’s protections.  The Constitution is not good enough for you to obey and to respect everyone else’s rights, so it also isn’t good enough to protect your own rights.

  • NYGino

The regime picks and chooses what laws it will enforce, picks and chooses who they will harass,  picks and chooses which allies we will stand behind and which enemies we will embrace.  Why is it shocking to find out they will pick and choose which amendments they will embrace and which they won’t?

    • NYGino

Of course, these choices are flexible in their eyes depending on the political expediency at the time.  Whatever way they go though will be justified by the Criminally Negligent media.  We have National enemies occupying our White House and our mainstream  “news organizations.”

    • badbadlibs

NYGino This is a lawless administration. They have held every single American living or dead in utter contempt. It’s a nasty bunch these democrats.

  • badbadlibs

If you have done nothing wrong in this kind of situation, why would you plead the fifth? And can we the TAXPAYERS plead the fifth when we tell them they don’t get one red cent of our hard earned money when they ask why?

  • What we need is a Rudolph Guiliani to go inside the IRS and clean it out. He was a great mayor of New York and a great Federal Prosecutor. If he were the Special Prosecutor appointed to clean out the IRS, they would quit in droves, or else land in jail. You need some impartial firebrand like that to clean the place out. If you don’t, all you’ll get is more of the same. Americans should not have to stand for that.

    • Dukehoopsfan

      Libertyship46 Great idea!

    • badbadlibs

Libertyship46 Yet we’re standing for it. The Tea Party held a rally at the IRS building in D.C. a couple of weeks ago and that’s it.

  • NYGino

And now we are going to be treated to another 16,000 IRS agents looking into our lives in the most personal and intrusive way possible, through the eyes of our health providers.  Could there be a more frightening thought than this?  Insanity my friends, insanity.

    • PoCoTex

NYGino  So, what’s the difference between what the IRS is going to know about our intimate personal health situations and what the TSA does to us at airports.
Maybe the TSA can give men a health check while they’re at it, you know, “Ok, cough.”

  • NYGino

Any truth to the rumor that Danny Werfel, the new Chief of the IRS, got his job because Pee Wee Herman turned it down? Just curious.

    • PoCoTex

NYGino  From what I heard, Alfred E. Neuman turned it down, too.

  • Dukehoopsfan

Someone please tell that clown Roseman that the eighties called and they want their mullet back.

  • clubgitmo

I guess you have to laugh once in awhile because it has gotten beyond sickening what is happening with the IRS and all the other nobama disasters.

    • PoCoTex

      clubgitmo You’re right, clubgitmo.
One thing that’s really bothering me is that Obama is setting up all these “shiny objects” for us to be razzle-dazzled by, to distract our attention from his more treasonous activities.
His most treasonous activity is his bringing the enemy, , into the White House. Michelle Malkin has reported on this:
      http://nationalreview.com/article/352300/obama-courts-jihad-apologists-michelle-malkin

The IRS situation is truly nothing compared to this.

      • clubgitmo

PoCoTex clubgitmo I read MM every article. She does incredible investigative work.

Sorry judge, but the word isn’t bully. The word is thug. A bully is some kid on a playground who picks on other kids.
A thug will beat you , rob you, take away your dignety and ruin your life. That is what these people are, and that is what these people do.
