President Trump just won a big victory as the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit just reinstated President his tariffs. These are the tariffs which were blocked yesterday by the US Court of International Trade.
Here’s the ruling:

What a tremendous victory and so quick! We’ll see how the case plays out, but I think it looks good for Trump!
UPDATE: I don’t know who these justices voted, but I counted 2 justices appointed by Biden, 5 by Obama, 1 by Clinton, and 2 by George W. Bush and 1 by George H. W. Bush. That’s 8 Dem-appointed justices versus 3 Republican-appointed justices, and they somehow still reinstated these tariffs. I’m shocked.
