Joe Biden and his Democrats in Congress passed into law a provision that states that all cars sold after 2026 must have a kill switch based on driving performance. In other words, it will automatically stop your car if you’re drunk and I’m totally one hundred percent sure that’s all it will be used for…yeah, right.
This provision was embedded in a 1,000 page bill back in 2021, according to Thomas Massie, when Democrats reigned supreme.
Fast forward to last night when Massie put forth an amendment to “defund that unconstitutional mandate” and it failed because 19 Republicans opposed it.

When challenged on the ‘kill switch’ by someone with an article that said it wasn’t true, Massie showed the federal law from 2021 and here’s the snippet:
Oddly enough, two Democrats voted for Massie’s amendment and they were AOC and Marie Gluesenkamp Perez from Washington State. Kudos to them.
But 19 Republicans voted against killing the “kill switch” and here are their names. Are any of them your representatives??
