This is exactly why they say don’t drive in moving water, because the unthinkable can happen. Fortunately this man survived, but he could have easily died:
DAILY MAIL – Bystanders looked on helplessly as massive flooding in Texas swept away an SUV with a man trapped inside.
The dramatic footage shows the white SUV trapped in the middle of the torrent of water, at the Tapatio Springs Hill Country resort near Boerne, before being pushed forcibly backwards.
The white-water rapids then flip the SUV upside-down – with the helpless driver still trapped inside the vehicle – while onlookers run along the banks desperately trying to help.
According to witnesses who uploaded the video, the man did survive the incident but was badly shaken.
