Tucker Carlson tossed some more red meat to his audience while riding a tsunami of logical fallacies in the only kind of debates that anyone cares about anymore. This time he matched his wit with that of “Teen Vogue” writer Lauren Duca, who wrote an article about Trump “gaslighting” America that was much ballyhooed by the left.
Talking Ivanka Trump on @FoxNews with @TuckerCarlson at 7pm, because I'm just that desperate for my dad's attention!

It got pretty stupid pretty quick:

The absurd fallacy Tucker makes this time is that he either refuses to understand, or pretends to not understand, the distinction between a daughter supporting her father because of familial bonds, and doing so because of political and philosophical unanimity. But being loud and stupid is all people like anymore, so he stuck with that.
On her side, Duca turned into an offended precious snowflake pretty quick, but to be fair Tucker was really attempting to insult her. She actually even tried to agree with him, but he wouldn’t have it.
He did have a good point about her nonsensical phrase “sovereignty of a religion,” being kinda absurd. But harping on that turn of phrase doesn’t derail the entire point of the article. Again, red meat.
.@TuckerCarlson is an enemy of rational discourse. In this fraught moment, his bully tactics are profoundly damaging, and achieve nothing.

Yeah but… rational discourse is a paternalistic misogyny, so whatever.
Unfortunately the funniest moment of the gladiatorial fight was when she called him a sexist pig as she faded away:

OK. That was funny.
