Trump wants to change the ‘archaic’ rules of Congress…

Just when you think things have calmed down, el Presidente Trumpo comes out and says he’s going to change the rules of the Congress in order to get more of his agenda passed.

Uh.. that doesn’t sound very Constitutional. Just like with most of his vague pronouncements, however, it really depends on HOW he goes about doing this. There’s a constitutional way to change the rules, and there’s a despotic dictatorial way to change them. I doubt he’ll be successful at either, which means he better learn how to make deals and negotiate to get what he wants.
