El Trumpo took a victory lap for passing the AHCA through the House by giving a short speech praising Republicans, himself, and the unbelievably well-crafted replacement bill!!
At one point he actually says, “I’m president, do you believe it?!?”

This is definitely an optics win for Trump, especially after so many people were pissed off about the budget. He’s promised that deductibles will go down, that premiums will go down, and that this is the best bill ever.
He sure is promising a lot.
