I’m not sure that “secret society” text is gonna be anything except a joke, but this text uncovered by Sharyl Attkisson might be a little more problematic and hard to explain.
Here’s what she says about the text:
Here’s the text in case someone at the FBI accidentally deletes her accounts and all the tweets and wipes all our memories of the tweet:
“Pulling Punches?” 2/25/16, the FBI’s Strzok & Page texted about Clinton probe.
Page: “One more thing: she might be our next president. The last thing you need us going in there loaded for bear”…
Strzok: “Agreed. called Bill and relayed what we discussed. He agrees.”
Soooo… yeah..
A commenter explained that “Bill” might refer to E.W. Bill Priestap, who is the assistant director at the counterintelligence division at FBI headquarters.
Unfortunately, Attkisson added no details about where she got it, or what it means.
