THR – The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office is reviewing a new sexual assault case against Kevin Spacey, authorities confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter on Wednesday.
The case was presented to the D.A.’s office on Tuesday, officials said.
This is the second case presented to the district attorney’s office from law enforcement against the two-time Oscar-winning actor.
The initial case was presented to the district attorney’s office April 5 by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. It is unclear which law enforcement agency filed the new case.
The actor, fired from House of Cards over the allegations, is under investigation both in America and in Europe from alleged forced sexual encounters.
The first person to come forward with an allegation was Star Trek: Discovery star Anthony Rapp, who claimed Spacey made sexual advances toward him in his New York apartment in 1986 when Rapp was 14 years old.
They aren’t giving any details on when this happened, who it happened to, or how young they were. And considering Spacey’s pedo past, that last one is a big deal. You can bet it was probably a male though, since he’s admitted he’s homosexual.
