If you remember back in 2016, Trump invited Peter Thiel to the RNC where he argued that the US should allow transgenders to use whatever bathroom they like, depending on whichever way they are transgendering that day. It was an insulting display to say the least.
As Ted Cruz has argued for so long, it’s about the safety and security of women and children.
Amd this is one of the main examples of why we are against it:
FOX CAROLINA – Greenville police said a Texas man was arrested Sunday after he was reportedly caught dressed as a woman videotaping a female victim in a gas station bathroom.
It happened at the QT on Academy Street near downtown.
Police said Shawn Thomas Hallett, 38, was charged with voyeurism.
Police said the female victim said she entered the store bathroom, knocked on a stall door, heard a male voice respond but looked down to see “female shoes”, so she used the adjacent stall.
The victim said she then noticed a cell phone appear from under the stall next to her, so she ran out and alerted police.
Two other witnesses saw the man exit the restroom and leave the store, police said.
Police said they caught up Hallett near the store. He was reportedly wearing a wig and female clothing. They found a video of the victim in his phone.
See, it’s not necessarily about the actual transgenders themselves. I mean it is, but that’s not the whole of the argument against it.
It’s about these pervs who want to take indecent pictures of women and children and put them on the internet for…well…you know. It’s disgusting. And worse than that, it’s about sexual predators who want to do worse than photo taking.
I know we have gay marriage legalized in this country because of the courts, but I pray we never have transgender public restrooms forced on us by the courts.
