This is of course, utterly idiotic. What global warming fear-mongers don’t tell you is that you wouldn’t “mobilize” an economy to “fight” it, you would have to completely and utterly de-mobilize the economy. In order to stop what they say is happening, you’d have to utterly destroy all our industries and go back to the stone age. This would likely lead to millions of deaths anyway.
I can tell these people are getting desperate because they’re trying anything to try to persuade people that global warming is really a problem. In the latest absurd attempt, there was an article saying that unless we tackle global warming, our beers could double or triple in price!! PANIC!! Wow, I didn’t really care when you literally told me that it would kill all human life on Earth, but now that you’re telling me my Miller Ultra will cost me $1-3 more, now I’ll join your nutty campaign!!
