Judge Emmet Sullivan has returned from recess and has postponed sentencing for Lt. General Michael Flynn after an interesting day in court. The judge had offered postponement several times and Flynn’s lawyers finally agreed that would be best:

A status hearing, at which both sides will report the situation then in place regarding Flynn's cooperation in other cases, will occur in March.

Flynn attorney Robert Kelner said they'll take Judge Sullivan up on the offer to postpone the sentencing.
