TRUMP TWEETS about the shutdown… and Kanye West! [Updated]

El Presidente Trumpo woke up early today with a lot on his mind and he decided to spill his guts onto Twitter.

First he thanked Kanye, of course:

Then he said everyone supports his border wall, of course, of course:

And blamed the Democrats:

Then he rejects the reporting, based on his own words, that the shutdown doesn’t matter because most federal workers are Democrats:

Hmmm. I just don’t see that he has the same incentive structure as the Democrats to stop the government shutdown, especially after he specifically said he would take the blame for it. Ann Coulter agrees – she says Trump will likely cave on the border wall, and it’s hard to think otherwise when he’s already done it twice in his first term, long before Democrats won the House….
