Here it is – he’s not resigning, but he’s apologizing:

That is insane. It seems like he was the guy in the KKK costume in the photo. The Republican party in Virginia has called for him to resign – will Democrats back him up? AND the big question is…. did Democrats themselves do this in order to jettison the guy over his infanticide comments?! HMMMM…
