Beto O’Rourke goes FULL anti-Israel, says Netanyahu is RACIST

Beto O’Rourke has decided to ingratiate himself with the anti-Semitic left by labeling Bibi Netanyahu as a racist before his election tomorrow.

Presidential hopeful Robert Francis O’Rourke denounced Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s pledge to annex settlements in the West Bank, calling the Israeli Prime Minister a “racist” after a Sunday campaign speech in Iowa.

According to O’Rourke, annexing parts of the West Bank “will make peace in the long term impossible” between Israel and Palestinian factions, the Washington Post reported. O’Rourke instead advocated for a two-state solution and said that Netanyahu has sown division throughout Israel, because he has “joined forces with far-right parties who are inherently racist in their speech and the way that they want to treat their fellow human beings in that part of the world.”

O’Rourke clarified his comments after the speech, telling reporters that the prime minister himself is a “racist.”

First of all, is this any way for a presidential hopeful to talk about a world leader who is our greatest ally in the Middle East? What if Netanyahu wins tomorrow and Beto somehow wins next year? How will he work with Netanyahu in the future having said this? He’s completely undermining himself with language like this.

But even more so, Israel should declare sovereignty over all their settlement blocks in the West Bank, also known as Judea and Samaria. Heck, they should really do it over the entire area. As Netanyahu pointed out, ceding territory to Palestinians only leads to Islamic terrorism and threats to Israel:

“I will give sovereignty, but I don’t differentiate between the settlement blocs and the isolated settlements, because from my perspective, any point of settlement is Israeli, and we have responsibility, as the Israeli government. I will not uproot anyone, and I will not transfer sovereignty to the Palestinians … if we learnt anything, it is that when we abandon territories, Islamic extremism emerges immediately and slaughters us, and I won’t give them the heart of the state of Israel,” Netanyahu said.

He’s exactly right. Yet declaring this makes Netanyahu racist? Beto is a clown!

But there is another aspect to this. Beto didn’t have to go all anti-Israel with his comments. He could have just stuck with the more reasonable argument that doing this would stand in the way of peace. Poppycock, I know. But the left isn’t reasonable anymore. They fiercely hate Israel and want Democrats to do the same, and thus candidates like Beto have to sing their song of anti-Semitism in order to win their votes.

As Ted Cruz said late last night, “This is today’s Democratic Party: Viciously attacking the duly elected leader of Israel & falsely labeling him a racist for defending the Jewish people. There was a time when support for Israel was rightly bipartisan. But then the Dems began courting the anti-Semitic Left.”
