Jim DeMint says that there is nothing more anti-business than the Obama administration’s attempt to keep Boeing from moving from a forced-unionization state to a non-union state. He says that the NLRB has no constitutional authority to attack private business this way and that this battle has the potential of hurting workers in every state:
