The man who pulled the trigger killing 3 and injuring 15 last night at the Gilroy Garlic Festival has been identified by police:

So far we don’t know hardly anything about Santino William Legan, other than he was 19. There’s no motive for the shooting as of yet either. I’ve searched everywhere and all I can get at this point is a name and an age. I’ve even looked him up on Facebook but to no avail.
According to the report above, they have searched Legan’s home as well as a second home. They are looking for another suspect who they believe aided Legan in some way.

I would note that there were only 3 posts on his page and at least 2 of them were from last night, if not all three. Keep that in mind.
