Mark Levin is asking McConnell and Senate Republicans why they are allowing House Democrats to make arguments that aren’t consistent with their articles of impeachment, suggesting they need to rein in Schiff and company:
1. Why are McConnell and the Republicans letting Schiff and the House Democrats make arguments based on information that was not used by the House Democrats to impeach the president? There’s no evidence of treason, bribery or other high crimes and misdemeanors. There’s no case.

2. So all day yesterday the Democrats were spreading opinions, conspiracies, theories, allegations, etc. The Senate is not the place for the Democrats’ desperate and hysterical demands and claims. That belongs on CNN, MSNBC and in the rest of the phony newsrooms.

He’s right. House Democrats decided not to make ‘bribery’ or ‘quid pro quo’ an Article of Impeachment because they couldn’t prove their case. It was their decision not do this after many hours of testimony. Yet they are still pushing this nonsense in the Senate?
Levin also wants to know why Senators aren’t more offended that Nadler is trashing them and their institution:
Aren’t senators offended by POS Nadler trashing them and their institution?
